Everyone at this office is great! The receptionist are very polite, and understanding, the dental assistants are great, and the dentist is AWESOME! I suffer with anxiety and he has a great amount of patience with me. He listens and understands everything I want and need. He does amazing work, and gets me on my way very quickly. If you are looking for a new dentist look no further, this is the one!

This is the best dental office I’ve been to in the past 20 years. Now I’m gonna tell the truth I have never walked into a dental office like this one before ever especially out here in the AV area. This office is sterile, pleasant, All of the Staff are very nice and careing, Loving, patient, And Kind. I have never known a dental doctor 👨‍⚕️ to make sure that Everything’s okay with his clients the way his staff does. You go in and you’ll notice that the receptionist are one of the assistants will come in to see How you are feeling mentally and physically before the doctor comes in and the doctor listens and he or she will show concern as well as the staff does. I have never, never, never experienced the comfort anywhere out here before, but I have experienced poor, poor health care where it’s was bad. I’ve had cruel, and surly mean dental doctors and staff that simply didn’t care about me and I’m a very nice person. I’ve experienced a lots of them that would just come in and yank all of my teeth out get whatever money out of me and push me out and then laugh and talk about me afterward. There’s some sick 🤕 in the mind dental offices out here that mutualize their patients to get as much money 💰 as they can get of you. But not at this office the whole Staff have become my Family’s Because God has His hand 🖐 in there and there are Angels up in there and legends of Angels 👼 working through that place so if anyone has anything negative to say search yourself first before judging and learn how to appreciate those whom will truly care for you!!! Really you can’t find something in someone else that you cannot find in yourself!!! May God Bless AV dental office ABUNDANTLY 🙏❤️🙏 I’m glad I went there I got what my money is paying for Thanks to there heathcare plan Yes!!!😁😇😀😁👌🤗

Think they jst wanna pull pull teeth out they don't even tell you were too go too get a root canal that other places accept your insurance that will do root canals or any otger services

I just had the worst service ever! The dentist was difficult and apparently cannot hear, nor can the staff. A potential cavity spot was supposedly found. I asked if it is the same spot that has been on the tooth for the last 5 years and had been pointed out in past visits by them. They refused to address the question or even look at their records, preferring to push, and I mean really push some extra cleaning service above and beyond. As I tried to understand and asked reasonable questions they got mad, eventually bringing in a manager. I calmly asked my questions and all she would do is avoid answering, insisting that I pay additional fees and became rude and beligerant. I finally said enough, and my daughter whom the appointment was for, left in the middle of the exam. I seriously advise all to avoid this place. They ultimately told us the teeth were fine, but yet pushed...gum measurements, fixing a non existent cavity and admitted that what they call a basic cleaning, really is not a cleaning. I will not be going back!!!

The first appt I thought was a cleaning AND to be referred to oral surgeon but turns out was for the dentist to confirm my suspicion, yup, needed my wisdom teeth out. The oral surgeon was super nice but seemed to want to get done in a hurry. Sure, get it over with, but don’t break the tooth in the process, and freakin stop when I yell out in pain because you didn’t numb me enough. In addition to getting all four wisdom teeth pulled simultaneously, apparently 600mg ibuprofen should do me good. Tramadol doesn’t even affect me anymore, let alone ibuprofen. Overall dissatisfied and had a terrible time, not just because it was the dentist.
