Absolutely the worst dental experience ever. My Dad and sister in law have been here. None of us will go back. A root canal took almost 5 hours and pain killer wore off. He called it a hot tooth. I call it bad Dentist. Dont go here. I promise you will regret you did. Also when I was in the middle of the root canal the gave me all this paperwork to sign for added costs. What the hell is that get in the chair numb them up and start up the credit card machine.

Dr. Orozco is very knowledgeable. He found problems my other dentist missed, and I didn't even feel the shot. Additionally, he can do almost everything right in his office. No more being bounced from dental office to office. Best dentist ever!

Always great care and service

Very dishonest office. This office was a preferred provider for my insurance for routine dental work. I called and spoke with Heather and asked her to make sure that I only receive the covered procedures under my plan. To make a long story short I have to pay out of pocket because they performed procedures that they knew were not covered. I spoke with Heather and Ross about the bill and both were not sensitive or sorry about their mistake and said that no matter I am responsible for the bill. To further this Dr. Orozco will rip you off. He claimed that more was wrong than actually was the case. I am not stupid, so I went and got a second opinion who stated I have 1/4 of what he said I have... GO SEE DR. MARY THOMAS IN SANTEE INSTEAD...she is totally worth the drive!!!!!

My children and I went to Dr. Orozco for a cleaning and 6 month check up. He was close to our home so I thought we would try a new dentist. First of all this was the worst "cleaning" I've ever had. They basically brushed and flossed my teeth for 10 minutes. Then the Dr. tried to sell me $600 mouth guards for all four of us stating we had short roots and needed them. He then went thru the x-rays and explained that each of my children had 5-6 cavities that needed to be filled and the cost per kid was around $1200. We go to the dentist every 6 months and I doubted that all 4 of my kids could suddenly have that many cavities. When I took them for a second opinion I was told that one kid had 1 cavity and the others had none. NONE. It was like being treated by a used car salesman. He focused only on money and how much he could get from me. I have since talked to 2 other people who had similar experiences with this dentist.
