My visit was 4 hours. However I knew I would be spending a good portion of my day there due to the extensive work I need. Everyone from the front office, the hygienist, the assistants and the dentist are absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain different options and took my concerns and budget into account when making my treatment plan. I look forward to finishing my work very soon.

A wonderful experience honestly, they were friendly, helpful, great with explaining the procedure and offers options to help you get the results your seeking. I have referred other family members here too and knowing that they are so willing to help made our experience so much more easier both treatment and financially. Thank you so much.

I have never seen such caring spirits as I have from most of the staff at Western Dental. They work hard to get you to the place you'd like to be as far as your dental goals. Great job everyone! I would like to pay special tribute to a couple of ladies that work there because they worked so hard to get me to smile as big as I am now. Dr. Leila, the managing dentist, and Lynae, the business manager, have made my journey exceptionally effortless. They care and that's a quality that is not easily found in many dental offices or any businesses for that matter today. Dr. Leila was there for me from the very beginning. She made sure my dentures were well fitting and that they didn't look at all like dentures. That was my end-goal! I didn't want my dentures to look like dentures. I fought for so long to keep my pieced-together smile by adding teeth to my partial and spending money on failing implants, but I finally conceded to get dentures. I agree that it took quite some time to get the perfect end product, but as the saying goes... good things come to those who wait. The day Dr. Leila gave me the wax dentures the first time I was happy to see my smile again, but they just weren't right for me. Dr. Leila agreed and as much as it pained me because I'd have to go that much longer without teeth, she ordered my a form that would fit only me. Not only did that show she takes pride in her work, but also that she cares about her patients and that customer satisfaction is VERY important! Fast forward a couple of months. With all my dental work completed, it was time for the grand finale. Dr. Leila was there with me for the moment of truth. I put the dentures in and when I did tears came to my eyes. My smile was perfect! Not just ok, it was perfect! When Dr. Leila could see how well they fit and how happy I was she gave me the biggest hug! I so appreciate Dr. Leila's tenacity and hard work. Thank you Dr. Leila! I'm looking forward to working with you for the next phase of my smile restoration! I also want to give a big thank you to Lynae who went above and beyond her job as the business manager. She made sure I was able to get the financing I need to improve my already-gorgeous smile. My goal is to get implants to help keep my dentures stay secure and allow me to eat foods that make having dentures challenging. Lynae was able to secure the financing for me so I could get implants that work and are not just haphazardly placed. She went out of her way to help me get the terms I need to stay in line with the work I need done. Thank you Lynae for your help in getting the financing I need to make my smile even better! I truly suggest that you visit Western Dental in Murrieta for your dental needs... and say "Hi" to Dr. Leila and Lynae for me. :-)

I have been trying for 4 months to get information from the insurance coordinator at this office. She is never available and never returns calls. Yesterday, a receptionist named Carrie promised to personally get her the message and make sure she returned my call. Surprise, surprise - NO CALL BACK. The lack of communication is awful. I will never go back and highly recommend no one waste their time. This office is AWFUL!!
