The absolute worst staff. They tried to scam me out of money. I asked to split by bill between two appointments. I was told I'd half to pay half of my $187 bill. They proceeded to argue with me that half of $187 is $120. I had to pull out a calculator to prove them wrong. I had to return twice in one day because the dentist didn't do it right the first time and caused me to be in a lot of pain as a result of a simply cavaty filling. Absolutely ridiculous.

They denied my insurance coverage for a cleaning because they didn't want to be "liable". But, they would do the cleaning if I paid for it out of pocket. They actually told me it's not fair that I don't pay anything. They kept trying to upcharge on the things that my insurance covered. Unless you're in serious pain, check the dental codes with your insurance company before you signh anything allowing them to do work. ........Or check for a dental office with better reviews.

So I went in for a toothache and was told that it was a cavity and needed a root canal. I'm double covered by my parents and gave them the information to both of my policies. I was told that my root canal would be $2700 and I had to pay $620 and my insurance would cover the rest. I paid half the day and had a remanding balance of $310 when I recieved the service. I get a letter in the mail from my insurance stating that they sent a check to the office for the portion that they covered and I was only suppose to have a copay of $200 and the office signed off saying I only paid $200 for my copay I called the office and question them they tried to make it seem like I'm wrong and they were right and it got to the point the insurance company had to call them and state that they better correct before they have to submit a fraud claim. They were going to try to continue to collect money from me even though the insurance only agreed to pay a certian amount and for me to pay a certian amount. So after the insurance company spoke with the office all of a sudden they figured out what happened they said that they only used one of my insurance which the one that covered less and when they added my 2nd coverage they owe my a refund and they claimed that they didnt know that I wanted to use both insurances even though I wrote both of the information on the forms but now they don't want to refund me they only want me to have credit at their office. MOST TERRIBLE PLACE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED PLUS I HAVE TO GO MY NORMAL DENTAL OFFICE BECAUSE THE ROOT CANAL WASNT DONE PROPERLY

Great Team , appointment system is really very good and flexible. They have reminders . They are reasonably priced .Overall , they are a good office to be your dental office . Dr Ha is really good and nice , sona is really good and victor as well . Generally the whole team is nice and helpful.

Just horrible they will violate your orthodontist agreement 18 months into your treatment and attempt to get you pay an extra $125 per visit because they misdiagnose the time frame for your treatment. The contract clearly states the extra billing will be done due to non compliance which is not my case, I have done everything they've asked me to except become their personal atm! This is just ridiculous very poor business practice, couldn't be any more unprofessional.
