They have the worst billing dept. I paid all my bills on time and paid off the CARE CREDIT early. I was then surprised I few months later when I checked my credit score. Turns out they sent me to collections for an additional $400 that I was never sent a bill for. I called and they said my insurance did not cover a portion of the work done. So they billed me. I never received a bill, or a phone call to tell me of this. I was given a tel # to corporate so I can question this bill. I left at least 6 voicemails in 2 weeks with no response. The staff at Gentle dental could not help with this either. So I left one last voicemail to corporate that I am trying to contact them to pay this bs bill. Only then did they have staff from the dentist office call me back. I found it very disturbing that they only called me when they thought I was gonna give them money, rather than hear my complaint about their billing practices. I refused to pay on principal. They stated they would wave the charges, and remove my debt collection on my credit. Well it's been over a year and I still have the debt collection reported on my credit. Don't go hear. I have family who have similar billing issues with this place.
