No Magic beyond the doorstep.
I don't normally right reviews unless I am so impressed or so upset with the experience. This is by far, the worst and most traumatizing experience you can put you kid into. You, like me, will be fooled by the colors of the place, the little movie theater (you barely can see the picture), or the toys and drawings on the walls. From the moment you are waiting to be checked in, you will realize that you didn't expect you, they barely have time for you, they have no order, they have no line, it is first jump first served, and you will be lucky if they will actually serve you and not tell you "I'll be with you in a second" and then they don't.
We were initially referred here because our 5 years old has a cavity that needed filing and our regular dentist didn't have laughing gas, so we came here to have them give her laughing gas.
WARNING: Insurance doesn't cover laughing gas, so they will charge you $150 for laughing gas only. And if instead you choose the other option "the drink that makes your baby "Drunk" so that he/she forgets the horrifying experience" then the bill is even higher for this little cup ($220).
WARNING: They do not allow parents to be with their kids when they do any procedure that requires numbing or lagging gas. they will ask you to step out and which through the glass from behind the door how they are torturing your kid before the anesthetic kicks in and before the laughing gas make any effect on your kid.
WARNING: The will start the procedure whether the gas works or not, and whether the numbing works or not. And you will hear your kids screaming and crying and feeling betrayed by you for letting them take him/her from you and do what they are doing with him or her.
Warning: they put the child in supine position (flat back on and they are on top of him/her "similar to real major operation room" not in a recline position. And they will tie your child hands with a strong Velcro restrains.
WARNING: Your child will be horrified by this experience, and deeply traumatized. Laughing gas didn't work, or they didn't really have laughing gas in that mask. I am abstrusely convinced that they didn't have laughing gas and they actually charged me for nothing. My child was crying and screaming throughout the procedure, and she felt every pain and was horrified and kept saying "I want to see, I want to see" because the dentist had has hand on top of her face all the time, and kept her mouth open with a piece of plastic, and then covered her mouth with a sheet of plastic. I was concerned that she wasn't having enough space to breathe and the plastic sheet on her mouth giving moving up and down as if she was suffocating.
All the nurses did was laughing and having fun with the doctor and enjoying his stupid humor.
All the staff is young and not experienced. I don't think any of them is a parent or knows how to treat a child. We came here thinking we are doing the right thing so as not to traumatize our child with the experience of anesthetic shoots, we ended up feeling that we betrayed her trust in us and allowed them to traumatized here so badly. For the rest of that week, she kept having nightmares.
If you love your kid and you don't want to traumatize them, take them elsewhere.
