Dr. Jacobs is awesome! I chipped one of my teeth recently and was in a panic. I called and explained what had happened and Dr. Murray arranged his schedule to fit me in. The temporary crown worked great and I've had the permanent crown for a couple weeks now and it's been fabulous! Dr. Murray is so kind and always explains to me (while showing me the X-rays) what needs to be done.....in a way that I totally get it! I also appreciated that I was told upfront exactly how much I could expect to pay (with my insurance) so there were no surprises. I highly recommend Dr. Murray Jacobs at Comfort Dental.

I have used Dr. Jacobs for the last two years and found him to be professional, honest and looking out for my best interest in my dental health. He takes time to thoroughly explain my dental exam to my understanding and to explain why I didn't need dental work done that another dentist claimed I did. He strongly advocates good dental hygiene to promote your best dental health possible and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to any of my friends and colleagues.

Let me commence by saying that I have never once written a poor review about a doctor on any website prior to meeting Dr. Murray Jacobs. This Doctor is terrible. He must have graduated at the bottom of his class in terms of ethicality. He is clearly very unethical. He did x-rays on my mouth, and I stupidly believed him when he said that I needed a huge, expensive procedure done. He claimed I needed a root canal. I let him do the procedure and it never fixed my problem. Subsequently, I took all of my records to a new dentist, and this dentist told me that I never needed the procedure performed. Dr. Murray billed my insurance thousands of dollars for this procedure, which he never should have performed. He also put my teeth at risk of becoming brittle and cracking. This guy is dishonest and slimy. DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR TEETH. I am currently in the process of writing the American Dental Association so that he (hopefully) gets investigated. I went back to him several times to give him a chance to help my problem again, and all he did was prescribe me antibiotics, each of the three times I went back. He did not care that his procedure did not work.... Likely because he never expected the procedure to work anyways. THIS DENTIST IS DISHONEST. He does not care at all about the well being of his patients and only sees them as potential income. Quite simply, HE IS A MASTER CON ARTIST.
