Always wonderful! They have the patient experience absolutely perfect. You come in and they remember you, they have coffee and water available, and I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes for my appointment. The dental hygienists are superb- friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient! The dentists have been friendly and quick as well and happy to answer questions, though you spend most of your time with the dental hygienist. Both are great with small talk and making you feel relaxed when you’re in the midst of a slightly painful cleaning/procedure/etc. The front desk members are perfect, friendly, upbeat, and kind. The financial explanation and document that shows what you charge, what insurance covers, and what you owe is easy to understand, explained simply, and very helpful. Love that they have text reminders for appointments and even text you to schedule a follow up if you forget. They make going to the dentist a smooth, easy, relaxing process!

To do the team justice at WCD, I should rate each individual visit with 5 stars. Every aspect of that office has been a wonderful experience: from the moment they greet you by name as you walk in, to the scheduling flexibility, to the schedule reminders via text and easy communication, to each and every hygienists, to the doctors themselves, to all of their smiles on your way out; they get it all right. I have been waiting for a dentistry like this for decades. It is great to know I am in such great and capable hands. I leave this review after having been seen for initial consultation, 2-3 cleanings, a root canal, and bottom wisdom teeth extraction. Plenty to get a good idea about the office as a whole. Visit them, you will begin too ENJOY going to the dentist.

I really like Willow Creek Dental. It had been several years since I had seen the dentist. I was a little apprehensive about going, but the nice folks at Willow Creek made me feel very comfortable. They are so kind and competent! This morning I had 2 cavities filled. There was no pain at all and I feel great that I was able to get this work done. Really, I’m not kidding. The people at Willow Creek Dental are wonderful. I feel like I’m on the road to better dental health now.

The moment you enter the front door an environment of extraordinary warmth and professionalism is evident. The receptionist, the hygienist, the scheduler, the dentist are obviously all held to the highest of standards; Willow Creek Dental is a model of EXCELLENCE. I highly recommend this practice to all family members and friends.

Best Dentist I’ve ever had. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. First Class dentist, from the friendly and helpful appointment reminders to everyone greeting you by name right when you walk in.
