I had a wonderful experience. I'm really disappointed to see so many negative reviews... I hadn't been to see a dentist in almost two years after losing my dental insurance and knew I was having some issues. As I suspected, a filling I had since I was a child had fallen out. The staff was very helpful in explaining the procedure and the costs not covered by my insurance plan and I was able to set up a payment plan to more realistically pay off these expenses. They were able to get me back in within a week from my initial appointment to complete the work. Even when I wasn't able to feel my face enough to know if I had any "high" places on my new filling, they let me know I could come in the next day to get them buffed out if I needed to (which I did). Their extended hours are wonderful to accommodate 8-5 work schedules without needing to take time off from work. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth and more than willing to answer any questions I had.

If I could give this place less stars I would. They are all about the money and will charge you extra on things you do not need. Even if you vocalize you do not wish to get something done, they will still charge you extra. Especially on Xrays which only need to be done once a year. They are absolutely terrible and they rip your gums open. I floss everyday, and brush twice a day, even use an antiseptic rinse. I have never had a dental office cause my gums to be so swollen and sore. There are so many other amazing dental places to go to in Lone Tree, who will treat you like a person, and not be sneaky about extra charges. I am actually surprised nobody has reported them to the ADA. I will never go back to them. Enter at your own risk.

The oral surgeon who took out my wisdom teeth lectured me about being rude because of an anxiety attack from my fear of needles. I was loud, and I'll admit that it was rude, but life is loud and vulgar. Their surgeon is self centered and will only care for money and not patient comfort especially if they are nervous. If you want to have a good time with little pain, Do Not go here. They love scamming you more than a dentist normally would.

The reception staff has been really rude and unprofessional to me. Even after multiple follow-ups, they failed to send me my dental x-ray copies and intentionally delayed the things at their end. I would cancel all my appointments with Lone-tree and look for a better dental clinic.

Wow. I cannot speak highly enough of this dentist/ orthodontist. I have been going to both the dentist or ortho for braces and my semi-annual cleanings. The staff is unbeilevable. Meghan and Jasmine the hygienists are the funniest people and make the whole experience better. Dr. G for ortho is absolutely amazing! He really engages with his patients, and makes the whole process very clear before going into it. I don’t know how this place has bad reviews. I have not had a single problem going there for the past 3 years.
