Since I live in Florida and Colorado, I usually split dental cleanings between this office and one in Bonita Springs. This is an accessible, comfortable office, with a friendly, caring staff. Cat is my hygienist although I have also had Angel. I would highly recommend both. They make dental cleanings a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Gadeken and his staff. They do quality work and take pride in a job well done. They don't cut corners and they really care about people. I don't always like going to the dentist office, and the people at Crossroads Dental understand that. It matters to them that their patients have the best possible experience. I really trust them to give me their best. They haven't let me down yet!

This morning was my first appointment at this office, and it was a great experience. I had a cleaning with Angel and it was one of the best cleaning I have ever had!! She was amazing, friendly, and educated me very well. I would recommend her to anyone!

Billed me for services I never received. They blame a third party billing company which is unfortunate but isn't my problem. The first bill I received for these phantom services states the balance is 60 days delinquent. I called this morning and spoke to their billing lady who promised to email me a zero balance statement and I never received anything. I'm worried I'll get sent to collections and will have to find a nice lawyer to sort this out which doesn't sound like much fun. I should've taken their advice the first time and started flossing and I wouldn't have had to keep going back.
