Writing this review, I could cry. Not because I am in pain, but because I’m so happy to have found this office and Dr. Frank! I’ve avoided dentists for the last five years due to my previous dentist insisting on doing fillings without anesthetic (and subsequently getting very angry whenever that caused his patients to squirm), but alas, it was time to get four new fillings done. The experience here was so different. All of the staff made sure I was comfortable, numb, and happy. They checked in to make sure I felt okay with proceeding after each filling and were very encouraging. I feel silly now for waiting so long to come back to the dentist! Thank you Steele dentistry!

New patient. Recently had my first appointment. - The office is stellar! Modern interior and very clean. Happily greeted by the receptionist for my first appointment and even received a little welcome gift! Had a basic cleaning that went as smoothly as they can go. Incredibly knowledgeable staff that had me feeling like I was in good care. Already booked for a follow-up!

I left my former dentist, who I loved, because they didn't take my insurance. I found Steele because they are close to my home. They do great with cleanings and are efficient with the handling of insurance, but I feel like they are trying to sell treatments vs. recommend them. I never had this experience at my former dentist. He treated what was wrong and that's it. The dentist at Steele suggested that I replace all of my fillings because they were likely leaking. It just felt like they were laying it on thick in terms of upselling. Perhaps they are just more proactive about recommending other treatments, so this isn't meant to slam them in any way. Nice, professional office otherwise!

Very professional and on time with the appointments I've had. I choose Steele Dentistry because they take my insurance and they are close to my house. This was my third visit. No complaints.
