Just took my 3 year old daughter here for her first ever dentist visit. She was a little scared to go to the dentist in general, but once we got through the doors, all of her fear completely dissipated! While I filled out the paperwork, she played on the pirate ship, which she loved. Then she was taken into the office for her x-rays, a cleaning, and an exam. All procedures were explained ahead of time so that she knew what to expect. All of the staff was courteous and friendly. We were able to take advantage of a deal we received in the mail for new patients, so the whole visit was very reasonably priced, not to mention the wait time was almost non-existent. Would definitely recommend Treasured Teeth to other parents with small children, and we will bringing our two year old and six month old here as well.

They are very friendly and our kids actually like going to the dentist. They are totally centered around kids and have a pirate theme in the office. The dentist is also great and explains things well. We usually dont have to wait long or at all. Overall its awesome.

We love Dr Tippets!! He was a GREAT find after having bad experiences at other offices. Our daughter loves going and seeing him and his staff is great and very caring! Would highly recommend this office.

My kids love this place!! No joke, they actually are excited when i tell them they are going (yes, my kids are weird). Staff is super friendly, great with the kids.

I called to scheduled an appoinment today with the Thornton office for a new client check up and was told by their call center they had an opening at 4pm. I asked a few questions about what we can expect for my daughters first appointment and was transfered to the EXTREMELY RUDE receptionist from the Thornton office. She gets on the phone with an attitude and tells me to ask the dentist my questions during my appointment and schedules the appointment before pretty much hanging up on me. I showed up at 3.55pm and while I was checking in I told my kids to play on the slide in the waiting area, which apparently was a problem because the receptionist gave me a dirty look as they walked oved to it. Shortly after she explains that our appointment was booked in the Reunion office by the call center and not in the Thornton office. No one explained to us their was even another office and her solution was for us to drive 20 miles and try to make it in time for our appointment. Never once did they apologize for THEIR scheduling error or lack of communication. I feel like I totally dodged a bullet with using this company as our new dentist. Im not sure how they expect to build their clientele when they have people like her interacting with potential clients.
