My experience here was amazing, she was so sweet and respectful. She always has a clean shop, and can do a manicure quickly and done with care! I absolutely love it, all the gels/acrylic nails she has done for me has lasted around a month and was very high quality for a very reasonable price!!!!!! Thank you so much for your great service!

Over the phone these ladies were pleasant enough and gave me quotes over the phone, since I was traveling from Alberta to Ontario for my wedding. I was quoted $75 for a full set of gel nails, $35 for a regular pedicure. Our appointment went well enough, although not as expected. The store was not as clean as I find most nail salons, but that was not the problem. The mannerisms were unprofessional. Both aestheticians were constantly on their private cell phones, speaking to their kids, husbands, friends, etc. I received a beautiful set of gel finger nails, but when I came to pay the bill, was charged $120. They also talked us into getting shellac pedicures and charged us $68 per pedicure. So we let it go. The problem I ran into were my gel nails were ruined less than 1 week after getting them. The first one tore the day after my wedding, the second went 1 week after receiving them. Now 19 days after getting my gel nails, I have a total of two nail remaining. And the others did not "pop" off. They came off in pieces, as if the gel used was of very poor quality. It could have been that the bonding agent was poor quality as well, but either way, if you don't care how long your mani/pedi lasts, don't mind less than standard conditions or like to over pay for a service, then book here. Otherwise, avoid it to prevent disappointment.
