She was my dentist for just a year. Almost everything I had done by her had to be re-done. The fillings fell out, the crown came off, and I ended up losing the tooth I spent more than $3000 on, (root canal, which she did not perform, and crown which she did perform) in less than one year. If you need anything besides the very basic dental procedures, she cannot do it, and sends you to a specialist. They're closed all the time, and the staff (receptionist) is border line rude. To top it all off, she had the nerve to question my ability to drive if she were to give me a prescription for pain meds after a lengthy visit in her office. SO, there are better choices out there than this dentist. I had decided after my last visit to not go back. But when the very expensive crown she put on popped off, got infected, and had to be yanked out today, I decided to write the review I wanted to write months ago.

Dr. Waters and her staff are great! I started coming here a few years ago after not going to a dentist for 15 years - they were understanding, caring, and made it an easy experience. They helped greatly with a bad crown (that someone else had put in) and kept working on it until it was fixed. Dr. Waters, all of the hygienists, and rest of the staff are always friendly and answer any questions I have. Both myself and my wife go here for our dental care, and we have recommended several of our friends as well, and everybody I've talked to has had a great experience.

After 3 emergency visit I found the staff and doctor to be cheerful, friendly and helpful. Dr. Waters is amazing doctor she always make my visits easy. Hands down the best dentist in town.

I am giving this office two stars purely because the hygienists are great. Whenever I go in for cleanings, they are thorough, professional and courteous. However, I have to agree with some of the other reviews that Dr. Waters is not great with procedures apart from the basics. I had a crown done by her two years ago and it never felt right. She did the whole thing once, which ended up leaving my tooth in a very painful state. Then after several visits (bite adjustments that didn't fix the problem), she decided I needed a root canal and then went through the whole crown process again. The second crown never felt right either, but it was better than the first so I just went with it. Most recently, I had a filling re-done by her (the back upper tooth that was above the crown which is the lower back) and the pain got worse. I went in for a "bite adjustment" with no luck. Finally, I said the hell with this, and decided to go somewhere else. I am glad I did. I went to Applewood Dental and saw Dr. Cettie who was able to get me in the next day. She was completely professional and explained in a nice way that the crown I had was really not a good fit for my mouth. She recommended re-doing it. Unfortunately, I had to pay $800 out of pocket for this procedure because I hadn't had my old crown long enough for insurance to pay. But, I will say, it was worth it! Dr. Cettie was extremely gentle and precise with both my temporary crown and now my permanent crown. It fits so well in my mouth that I don't even know it's there (which is probably how it's supposed to be!). Most of all, I am pain free! I'll be switching my business over to Applewood Dental. P.S. The other weird thing about Dr. Waters is when you have to be in the chair for an extended period of time, she'll either bad-mouth her subordinates (she did that for my first crown), or she'll complain about her kids' school or sports teams. Either way, the last thing a patient wants is to have an angry dentist's hands in your mouth!!

I had a very thorough and friendly experience this past week at Clear Creek Dental and could not be more excited to have finally found a dentist for my husband and I. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Dr. Waters was very knowledgeable and took her time to thoroughly check everything and answer all of my questions.
