To begin with, the people here are wonderful. The dental assistant who helped me, Lizzy, was a total professional and all around comforting presence, which in a dental office is really a marvel. Doctor Wachuta is speedy and helpful, though perhaps a little dismissive, but I assume he's pretty busy, the place always seems full. If I were rating on the people alone I'd give this place five stars. Unfortunately I have to only give them two because last year when I got dental work done they overcharged me by 150 dollars. Instead of alerting me to this they simply credited my account without telling me, so they wouldn't have to refund me the charge. Fortunately for me I did come back and was able to use the credit for my next services, but if I hadn't, what then? I'm extremely disappointed and if I didn't like the people so much, I'd never come back.

I chipped a tooth on a Friday before a holiday weekend, and my normal dentist was closed. They were open and told me to come in right away. I saw doctor Applebee and she was awesome. Very friendly, very gentle, and got me out quickly. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend her.

Travel has brought me to a lot of dental offices. The doctors and dental staff at Gentle Smiles provided what was hands down my best experience. Felt that I was sitting in the office of caring professionals. They were very helpful in helping me figure out my insurance, and putting me on the appropriate work schedule. Three appointments so far, and counting.

Great Dentist! My husband had a dental emergency and they got him in quickly and did a great job! Their staff - Bre - was the best!! Highly recommend them!

I only went to the Golden office because Teri was there. Had she not been available I would have gone to a closer Gentle Smiles location since this was an emergency visit. I love all the folks at the Golgen office and have been a patient for 6 years and 11 months. I'm leaving soon but HIGHLY recommended this Golden office if just for Teri and my Hygentist, Maria. I do have other favorites there but some have moved on OR I don't remember all their names. Go see em!!!! Tell them, Lynnell sent you. It won't get ya nothing but😁
