The staff is terrific - they are all very efficient and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. John is awesome - I never worry or get anxious about any procedure he does because Iâ€™ve had nothing but positive experiences when I visit this office (and Iâ€™m one of the biggest wimps when it comes to my teeth!)

I arrived early enough to fill out a new patient form, and actually ended up seeing the dental hygienist about 5 minutes early. She was excellent. She managed to do the periodontal gum disease test without hurting me at all (a first) and cleaned my teeth thoroughly and without being unnecessarily harsh. I also had x-rays taken and an exam, both very professional. I do have two minor complaints: 1) I was asked both when signing up for the appointment and when leaving if I wanted to get a text reminder to leave a review, and I said no, absolutely not, please don't send me one . . . and they sent me one anyway. (That's not why I'm leaving a review; I'm leaving one because I earlier said I would) 2) I'm a self-pay client, and there seemed to be a lot of surprise costs. I went for their $34 new patient special, planning to come back if I liked it. I got the special fine, but there was some pressure to also get a $35 fluoride treatment--it was an optional item on the invoice, and it would have been easy to be pushed into getting it. Based on my other observations, I conclude that this place likes their add-ons. Tied to that: this place has their own insurance-type policy where, for a little under $100 a year, you can have discounts. If you have any cavities or other problems, the plan would really be worth it. However, if you have (as I do) teeth that seldom need anything more than a cleaning, the plan might end up costing you more than self-pay. Would I go back? Quite possibly. I like the staff, it's a great location for me, and their prices are decent. I'm not blown away, but I'm satisfied.

Our first experience with this dentist was for an emergency filling for my daughter. They set us up with an appointment the same day and were able to fit us in to fix her tooth immediately. Dr. McShane was welcoming, kind and reassuring as my daughter was quite nervous. He and his staff did an excellent job and we are very grateful!! We highly recommend this dentist!

After years in the military I hated going to the Dentist. A few years out of the Military I did miss a good teeth cleanning so I started shopping around and found Perfect Teeth in Green Mountain and for the last 3yrs have had an excellent experience with them. There team is very caring and professional. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. John is the first dentist I've been around and felt like I was in good hands. He was the FIRST and only dentist that's ever addressed my bite as an issue. I tried a new dentist because another office told me I needed a bunch of fillings a new crown and a root canal and that seemed fishy to me. But not Dr John he wants to address every other option and he found I only needed one filling. Not to mention everyone else was amazing as well I drove 35 miles from home to get here and I will continue to do so! Thank you so much! I'll be telling EVERYONE.
