Dr. Hayes and his team are AMAZING!!! They are always so friendly, professional and across the board GREAT! Never felt more comfortable than coming to this dentist office. So glad I found them and would recommend anyone to come here! You will be in great hands!!

Dr. Hayes is a fantastic dentist. I had several fillings taken care of and he was very gentle injecting numbing anesthetic on both sides and performing the dental work. Once the numbing wore off my teeth feel great and my bite feels like there wasn't any work to be done. No pain or tenderness. His staff is very friendly and professional and always take special care when cleaning my teeth. Prior to seeing Dr. Hayes, I went to a family dentist for 20 years and was hesitant to go to another dentist, but I'm glad I made the switch.

Dr. Hayes is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have had a lot of dental work done throughout my life and I can say that Dr. Hayes has done the best work and genuinely cares about his patients. I have had fillings, crowns, and root canals with little discomfort and confidence in the quality of the work. I highly suggest Dr. Hayes and his professional staff.

After years of seeing Dr. Hayes, it was the unprofessionalism demonstrated by both he and his team that led me to leave him behind. Over the years I've listened as his receptionist and front office staff would make disparaging remarks about other patients (this is in the reception area where everyone could hear). After missing an appointment due to emergency surgery, I was informed that if I did not make my next appointment I would be dropped as a patient. If they had a policy where you would be dropped after missing a certain number of appointments, I did not remember being made aware of it. The straw that broke the camel's back was my last visit. While working on my crown, I repeatedly told him that I wasn't fully numb, and this was causing me a considerable amount of pain. He declined to attempt to numb me any further, saying he didn't want my whole jaw to be numb for the next four hours. When he finished, he told me my mouth was a mess and he didn't know what else to do for me. At that point, I decided it was time to find a new dentist. I gave them 1 star because their dental assistants were very nice.

Best dentist I've ever had. Gentle, kind, and extremely thorough. He is conservative about working on teeth if it does not need to be done. He also figured out the problem behind my tooth pain that two other dentists could not. Extremely professional and kind employees. This office comes with my highest recommendation.
