After 3 years hoping this place would improve, I’ve finally found a new dentist elsewhere. Everyone here is extremely nice and I always appreciated that. I did not, however, like the “salesman” attitude of anyone there. Every time I went in, they tried to sell me something that I “didn’t really need”. I was told my more than one dentist here that my teeth were nearly perfect, but they always tried to make a sale. Additionally, I never saw the same dentist when I would go in for my cleanings. They would squeeze me in and then I would be left waiting. One cleaning took nearly 3 hours! My last phone call to Riverpoint is a perfect example of their service and my experience-I called to cancel my appointment and was placed on hold for 4+ minutes and then was hung up on. I called back and was helped immediately because the gal who answered knew she’d hung up on me. I really wanted to like this place, but they really need to make some improvements around customer service and timeliness.

!!!Helpful Review!!! I haven't been to the dentist in five years. When i did go to the dentist i would have to go to comfort dental or another budget friendly dentist. River Point is wonderful. The receptionist is very nice, they have great options for payment plans. What really moved me was how compassionate and nice everyone was. Even the dental assistants were amazing. I am very very afraid of the dentist. To the point that it is almost ridiculous. River Point took care of me and all my needs. I dont think ive ever been happier. If you decide to go ask for Doctor Riley. Also nod to the assistant with the great hair.

If you actually have taken care of your teeth your while life. This place is awesome! Gail is the best! The bad comments below are people who never took care, weren't happy about the news. I would always suggest this dental office

Place is basically a scam dentist only in it for the money. I Went in there for a check up and after 2 hours they told me i needed about 2000$ worth of work, including crowns, cavitys and fillings.i didnt even get a cleaning because it wasent included. After they kept talking about payment plans and nothing else i decided to get a second opinion. After going to the second dentist, they told me my teeth looked exelent, and i didnt even need a fillng! This was a dentist that had been doing it it for 20 years +. I told him about my past experence and he said it happends all the time. All im saying is get a second opinion before getting work done. Try a family dentist not a corporate place.

I didn't know going to the dentist could be such an amazing experience. Dr. Raether was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to sit down and point out exactly what was going on with my mouth and gums, and made sure that I understood what she was saying. The dental assistants were helpful. They wrote up a treatment plan and even made sure to check how much my insurance would cover. I went back for the first part of treatment, and was equally impressed by my second visit. I feel supported in taking control of my dental health.
