Been going here for years- HATE the new location in Erie. $75 cancellation fee is RIDICULOUS. I have a kid and a life and things happen. I get charging a fee for rescheduling appointments but they also don't let you cancel over voicemail and their voice messages are always incorrect for office times. Billing is a joke- they constantly send insurance claims to the wrong place and cause hours of headaches trying to get it resolved. Office staff is consistently rude. Most of the techs are okay though I have had a few who have poked my gums until they bleed. Dentists have been great. Unfortunately- due to the billing issues and the ridiculous cancellation fees we will be finding a new dentist.

These dentists are complete crooks! I am a retired attorney, and I became suspicious when after a routine X-ray, these dentists told me I needed two cavities filled, and a crown. However, they were inconsistent in their explanation as to why I needed a new crown. (Also, I haven't had a cavity for over thirty years!). When I went back to my previous dentists, they told me that I had no cavities, and did not need a crown. DO NOT GO TO THESE DENTISTS! As to their immediate response below, I am not sure when it became appropriate to think that you can commit at the most fraud or at a minimum negligent misrepresentation, and everything is fine if you simply apologize as well as telling your present patient they need to find a new dentist via the internet! I obtained my dental records from this office, and they do not reflect any cavities or the need for a crown. They do, however, address a future appointment for work on "#5" or my fifth tooth (which I was told orally that is where I had a cavity). There is also a notation in my records that I have "rentals all over Boulder and Denver". I can think of no relevance to the latter notation with the exception that I have the ability to pay for unnecessary dental work! In any event, it is totally inappropriate as an entry in a dental record!!

I want to share the one of the most wonderful experience I had at Larkidge Family and Cosmetic Dentristry. First and foremost I was not your routine case. I had upper dental implants and certainly posed a challenge. No matter what that challenge it was met in a appropriate, caring, knowledgeable, and professional manner. There were never any corners cut and NEVER had anything done that wasn't necessary for my dental implant success.I finished up today and can't stop smiling!!! My smile is amazing and well worth the time it.The staff made my journey their journey! Jess and Julie, Dental Assistants, were with me the whole time. I was treated as if I was the only one there and their support was endless. As I was leaving today there wasn't one employee who didn't want to see my smile! They were as excited as I was. Dr. Carroll is amazing and extremely caring and above board. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has put together a comprehensive team to insure high level care. She and her team are thorough and honest and want the very best outcomes for their patients. You want top notch care....this is the place for you. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Carroll and the staff at Larkridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry!! I went to see Dr. Carroll due to an issue that resulted from some recent cosmetic work I had received at another dental office. I've always had anxiety about the dentist so I was nervous. She did an incredible job explaining what needed to be done and helping to put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and couldn't be more impressed. She is a wonderful dentist who is committed and passionate about providing her patients with great results. I have had my share of dentists, and all I can say is I wish I had found Dr. Carroll and Larkridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry sooner!

They like to do unnecessary things and charge you for it without you knowing. Also like to break your retainer and make you pay for it. Nowhere in your signed contract does it say they're not responsible for it. This place is a scam
