The staff were extremely friendly and bubbly. The dentist was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2+ years and the hygienist was very understanding and made sure I was okay throughout the process of cleaning. I’ll definitely be returning, best dental experience I’ve had.

My whole family has initiated our care at the smile department. We have had previous bad experiences with other dentists. My husband was told he had to have his tooth pulled or receive a root canal on a tooth that The Smile Department said they could fix. The smile department said all he needed was a filling. The ladies upfront in reception are also amazing. We are new to having dental insurance, and they were excellent at explaining our deductible, and amounts in which we are responsible. They are very friendly and we’re able to get my whole family in for appointments on the same day, and within a reasonable time frame.

I had a great experience here. Got my grille all fixed up and mouth cleaned out...I'm feeling fresh to death! Special shout out to the front office staff for being awesome, David, Kyla, and the Doc! Everyone I came in contact with treated me awesome!

Don’t mess with Barb...she’s a shark. Dr. Eckard is great but I have several issues with one tooth caused by Dr.Packard (no longer at this office) had to get a root canal because he refilled a previous cavity that didn’t need done. Filled to close to my nerve and caused me to get a root canal. Then I went back to this office for the crown, paid over $500 (for something I would never had to get done if it wasn’t for Dr Packard) then, the crown breaks four months later. Now, I still owe on the crown but she’s rude and tells me they still need paid for their service. Well, a broken crown and she still wants paid? Talk about rude. Wouldn’t have needed a crown or root canal if it wasn’t for the dentist at YOUR office! Maybe I should go to another office and have the crown done and serve you with a complaint and a small claims lawsuit?! Bottom line...it’s very rude telling an existing patient that sends her entire staff to your office that if I don’t pay you then I don’t get the crown fixed “we need payment first before we can fix your crown”

The Smile Department is amazing, and took great care of me. Even without dental insurance everything I needed was affordable. Jordan is super friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
