My son is a patient at Murray Orthodontics and has always had a great experience. My daughter is in the waiting stage, but everyone has been sweet to her when she’s had appointments. 5 months ago I became a patient. As a teen I wore braces and had them taken off prematurely and decided to have them on as an adult, to refine a few things. I’m anxious for the results, as I know I will be very pleased. The office staff, assistants and Dr. Murray are all so kind and personable. Quick example of Dr. Murray’s demeanor; I was in for an appointment and a sweet young girl next to me had some major anxiety about getting her braces on that day. Dr Murray was so kind and patient and came over to talk to her. Then HE preceded to put her brackets on for her, the whole time visiting with her, telling her stories to ease her anxiety. He really is sincere and genuine.

We started going to Murray Orthodontics 8 years ago with our first son. They did an awesome job! Our second is in them now and we will be trusting them with our 3rd kid in braces soon followed by a fourth in about a year. We like how well they explain everything and help us understand the reasons for treatment. Also they are great with customer service and are always patient with us. We refer them to all of our friends and they all go there and love it as well!

From the moment we made the phone call to Murray Orthodontics, our family knew we were in good hands. The entire staff is wonderful and I have complete confidence in the recommendations made. Dr. Murray may be one of the most genuine physicians I’ve met! When you can impress my husband, you’ve won!! Thank you for helping my son to start and myself to follow. Murray Orthodontics is not just somewhere you get your teeth straightened and taking care of. They become family. They care so much about the patient and their families. Murray Orthodontics have the most amazing, caring, supportive and understanding staff. I couldn't imagine going through this with any other Orthodontics office. The kiddos absolutely love going there. Thank you Murray Orthodontics for everything you do.

At first I loved this place - It felt like they really cared about the patients but now it feels like they are in it for the money only, they have so many patients and if you miss an appointment or want to reschedule an appointment they don't have anything till four months out. I missed an appointment for my daughter and I know it was my fault but she will be seen be seen seven months from her last appointment because they don't have any appointment - she will have to wait four months because they have nothing sooner. They used to send emails and text messages to remind you of your appointment but they don't even do that anymore.. I'm a mother of three and have so many appointment and understand that it's my responsibility but we pay a good penny to get the service I feel like waiting four months for an appointment is a bit ridiculous. Sorry but that is how I feel.
