Always on time. Very comfortable care. Dentist is gentle, as is the dental hygienist. Very clean environment. I used to work for a dentist and this group is TOPS. They handle your insurance in an efficient manner as well.

I have been going to this dentist for years and have only had positive experiences.

I have been to this practice twice now and both times the staff hasn't been the kindest. The elderly hygienist is very abrupt and simply rude. My second visit there the same hygienist asked me to move my car in front of the building instead of on the side where I was parked. I would have if their sign was clear as to where to park but there was nothing that suggested it and it was a difference of ~10 feet. Both of the doctors I saw were fast and short. They didn't suggest anything helpful for my dental care. I felt as if I was getting in their way more than a customer.

Thanks to Dr. Burchfield, I have a dental device for sleep apnea and I no longer have to wear a mask. It works very well. Trustworthy quality care at a reasonable cost. So glad I found Dr. Burchfield!!!

I've been going to Dr. Burchfield's practice for 11 years. Now my kids go there, too. The dental care is top-notch. The staff including Myrna are awesome, too. My kids love going to the dentist, because Myrna is such a gentle touch. I'd recommend them to others looking for a low-key family practice that treats patients with respect and care.
