Twice now I have had an appointment scheduled for my daughter and when we get there they say she doesn't have an appointment. I have the card with the date/time right in front of me! I also keep getting bills for cleanings that the insurance will pay for if they would ever send it to the insurance. Their voice mail says it is full and hangs up so I can't even call and talk to anyone. I used to like this place. Not any more.

I was with Firestone Dental for about 10 years. I went every year, and they always provided me with great dental service. They were nice, punctual, and had the best dental equipment and treatments available. They really cared about my oral health, and having been with them I have great oral health. I recently left their practice due to insurance change, and they were very nice to me and made transferring my record very easy. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I have consistently received excellent care here. I'm always taken back on time. All charges are discussed before the work is done and have been honored afterwards. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and caring. They treat me like a person and not just another face. I am very happy to continue as there patient

I have been going to firestone dental for probably ten years. I have always had the same hygienist, who I loved. Unfortunately it seems the office is under new management and has completely turned over the staff, including the doctors. Though my visit was fine, just a routine clean, it is a bummer to get used to a whole new staff and have confidence.

We followed a dentist we liked to this place. He left shortly afterwards, and we should have done the same. We saw another dentist and she sling with her assistants hurt us badly. I told them it was hurting and nothing changed. They also held a credit of nearly a thousand dollars without telling us. When we found out we had the credit, it took so us a long time to get it refunded. We moved to a new dentist in Longmont and are so happy. Service is excellent, and I was shocked at my first bill; it was so much cheaper. I called Firestone Dental Care to get my records transferred and nothing happened. I went there in person and asked for my records. I was hold they would have to send them to my new dentist. They never did. I feel like they are getting too much from me since I cannot give less than one star.
