Bright Now! Dental

First of l all I️ must say the male dentist I worked with was great, very professional and nice. But the rest was awful. I️ scheduled an appointment 5 weeks prior to arriving for a teeth cleaning.. When making my appointment I️ was very adamant that all I️ wanted was a cleaning. They insisted on having X-rays and a check up first so I️ obliged. When I️ finally get there and all the X-rays were taken they tell me that I️ will not get my teeth cleaned because the hygienist took the day off and that I️ will need to come back another day!!!! I️ cannot believe no one contacted me to reschedule my appointment when they knew all I️ wanted a cleaning and they knew the hygienist was not there! Absolutely ridiculous.

The dentist and assistants were great with my 4year-old (her 1st dental visit)! Only 4 stars because the hygienist Rachel is only there on Wed. so I didn't get a cleaning on my first visit (disappointing) and have to come back twice more to get it done. But Rachel was great when I finally got to see her!

In August 2017 I was referred by 1800Dentist as I had found an amazing dentist years ago with them. I will be recommending this company be removed! The Fort Collins and Longmont offices are significantly in knowledgeable office staff. They are quite possibly THE most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Fort Collins office does not explain information properly and I just found out 4 months later that I have 2 financial payments. I only found this out after the second financial institution contacted me for payments I didn't make (of course my credit has suffered as well). I had oral surgery and my calls were ignored over the weekend when I was in so mush pain and called the Dentist directly. When I finally got ahold of the office and explained to the office lady that I needed another prescription, she told me to come to the office by 5pm to pick up the script. I had also requested to see the Dentist as I thought something was wrong with my healing. I left work and raced to the office only to be told that the dentist was not in but on vacation! I was livid! I took the script and went directly to the pharmacy only to find out that the office lady had written it for 2016!!! WTH?! It was September 2017! I called the office immediately and surprise, they were closed and no one returned the emergency call either. That is when I transferred to the Longmont office (thinking it was jus the office). Nope, the Longmont office is just as untrained and unprofessional. I have been calling and going back and forth for an appointment to have my permanent bridge put on. Not only was it implied verbally to me over the phone that I was over using my prescription, which I spoke to the dentist about and was ACTUALLY taking fewer than prescribed, but they have a very difficult time returning phone calls. Once I have my bridge put in, I WILL NOT be returning to either or ANY Bright Now Dental.

I am really happy with the work I had done today, My front tooth broke and they fixed it as good as new. The new dentist and staff are great, they made me feel like they genuinely cared about getting my teeth the way I want. And I just want to give extra appreciation to one of the workers named Crystal because she was awesome. I would truly recommend this to everyone for a good experience!

This Dentist office is always wonderful. From the minute you walk in into you walk out, its a great experience, especially for those who naturally get anxiety before going to the dentist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
