Love this place! They are great at working with kids and making them feel comfortable. My daughter had a traumatic facial injury that resulted in surgery, and since then, has become fearful of any type of medical facility. Especially when people are close to or examining her face. Dr. Abrams and his staff did a great job of moving at her pace, and made it known that they wouldn't do anything she wasn't comfortable with. She had a great experience there and we won't go anywhere else. Also, from the time I first spoke with them, they made it very clear that they are out-of-network for most dentists and let me know the fees for each part of the service and gave me an itemized receipt after the appointment. I would recommend Little Britches to anyone with small children!

This is top notch dentistry. Their skill and professionalism are unmatched. Plus, they make kids so comfortable to be there! They get to pick out fun sunglasses to wear, choose their own crazy flavor for fluoride treatment, choose a theme for their new toothbrush packet, choose a prize when it is all over. These things distract the kids from the actual dental work, besides making them feel like they have some control. Even getting a cavity filled is an okay experience, says my son and myself (I was allowed to be in the room). And dealing with the front office is just as pleasant.

Dr. Abrams and his staff have been my special needs daughters' dentist for well over twenty years! As well as my typical kids. They are kind and patient and work extremely well with special needs and typical children. Love them! Would highly recommend them for your family's dental needs.

Dr. Karnavy is wonderful!!! We've had nothing but positive experiences here. The hygienists and front office staff are just as fantastic as she is. Dr. Abrams, who we don't even see, popped his head in to say hi to my daughter as he was walking by. They have a way of making a situation that could be scary for kids seem fun. I would recommend Little Britches to anyone with children. I wish they treated adults.
