I've been going to Northstar for almost a year now and am not exaggerating when I say they're the best dentist I've ever been to. They have been warm, welcoming and always on their game from day 1. They really go the extra mile to make you feel calm, safe and as comfortable as possible at all times. My friend who has severe dentist anxiety referred me when I moved to this area, and it may be the best recommendation I've ever gotten. Dana is my hygienist and I can't see myself going to anyone else ever again. She takes the most care, remembers everything about my case and is extremely pleasant and professional. If you need a deep cleaning or have high sensitivity, she is your girl. Both Dr. Joe and Dr. Adler are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I've been happy with both. Dr. Joe performed an extraction and Dr. Adler gave me a filling, and both procedures were pain-free and went smoothly (pro tip: ask about the laser tool for fillings and if it can work for you). If I had to do it again, I'd choose them.

Northstar Dental treats each patient like family, demonstrating a genuine interest in the overall health and well-being of their patients. Dr. Adler recognized the symptoms of sleep apnea in my husband during a routine exam. He helped us understand the severity of the condition, recommended a treatment plan and, ultimately, improved our quality of life. Five stars cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr Adler and the entire Northstar dental team.

I have very high anxiety when it comes to dental work due to past negative experiences once I moved away from my amazing childhood dentist to go to college. The staff at Northstar made me feel completely comfortable with no shame or guilt involved, only compassion and understanding. I definitely echo the sentiment that they treat people like family here. Ever staff member I interacted with was very kind. I don't remember the first assistant that took my initial x-ray to figure out what was going on with my wisdom tooth, but she was quick and made nice conversation with me. Amber who helped Dr. Joe with the extraction of that wisdom tooth was super nice and thorough. She made great conversation with me and even got me laughing. Dr. Joe is amazing. So nice, thorough, willing to explain things to me, gave me options for treatment, listened to all my concerns, and made sure I had all my questions answered. The extraction was easy, and went so much better than I had expected. Thank you to all the staff - you are really the best!

These people give a f***. Definitely go here. I first came here for a second opinion for services from another dentist and the staff was (and continues to be) honest, communicative, and fair. I am continually impressed. So glad I found this place.

It's freedom day at North star dental. They volunteered their day to help out old vets like myself. It had been a few years since I saw a dentist. I was nervous about what might come up. Well they fixed me right up and I feel like a million buck. Thank you for everything.
