Dr. Welch and his team are amazing. I had an infected gum around my wisdom tooth. They got me in within a day. Dr. Welch thoroughly explained what was going on and best treatment options. I was quoted a price and actually got my teeth pulled the teeth that day! The procedure itself was smooth and easier than expected. Dr. Welch explained what he was doing and what I would feel. The staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

My family and I had been going to the same dentist for several years, but had to change because of insurance. I never enjoy going to the dentist, and was personally very nervous about the change, and hesitant about any new dentist for that matter. Everyone in this office was amazing. The receptionists were cheerful, and the hygienists were incredibly nice and thorough, and clearly explained what is covered under my insurance, and other out of pocket services they offered if I was interested. When I brought my very small children in, Louise and her sweet demeanor had them completely comfortable and giggling in no time. Dr. Welch is equally as pleasant, incredibly thorough, and explains everything. Even better, they got us in right on time, and efficiently out so I could go back to work. Very pleased with this office and I will continue to recommend.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this quack! I had to have the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) investigate him for his negligence!! After making an appointment for dental implant surgery and driving 3 hours to get there, it took more than 7 hours waiting in his chair to get the procedure done. Welch's wife tried to give me a THIRD injection of local anesthesia after I had been waiting for almost 7 hours, because Welch botched the first implant so badly he had to MANHANDLE me and force it out of my jaw to put in a second implant. He failed to place the first one properly and was HAMMERING the implant repeatedly, to no avail, to attempt to get it farther into the bone, despite the fact that it was very apparent that he had made a horrible mistake and was causing me immense pain by HAMMERING on my jaw. In the meantime, the greedy loser had at least 8 patients waiting and waiting and waiting because he over-scheduled too many patients and wasn't competent enough to handle everyone. The second implant was also poorly placed, so the restoration (crown) did not go up to the gum line, but left a large gap. When I spend $3000 cash, out of pocket I expect to get a dentist that can do the job properly. When people get as old as this guy and his wife are, dementia is very common. He needs to retire and go bye-bye!

I typically do not write reviews, but I am so impressed with Dr. Welch and his staff that I am compelled to refer them to as many people as possible! My husband had started going to Dr. Welch through a referral from his brother, and they were both quite pleased with the quality of service that they received. After a terrible experience with my previous dentist that caused a simple crown to turn into a root canal, I decided it was time to try Dr. Welch. He and his staff did an excellent job performing the root canal, and replacing the crown that had been done incorrectly by my previous dentist. He also discovered another tooth that was in desperate need of a filling and a replacement crown. The cavity was so large that it was almost to the bone, and I was at risk for losing the tooth. Dr. Welch could actually fit his dental instrument completely under the crown. Even though the tooth was in terrible condition, I did not have any pain as I had previously had a root canal performed on that tooth. While waiting for my appointment the crown became loose, which confirmed that it was absolutely necessary to have the work performed immediately. I visit the dentist faithfully every six months, so it is difficult to understand why the problem had not been discovered by my previous dentist. I found Dr. Welch to be extremely competent, honest, thorough in his exam, and actually listened to my concerns. Unlike my previous dentist, he is able to perform complicated procedures such as root canals, deep cavities, and same day crowns. I also would like to mention that his entire staff is top notch!

From entering the reception area to one of the patient rooms, the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The highlight, ultimately, was the incredibly responsive, fun, and informed staff. As odd as it might be to say, I look forward to my next dentist appointment here!
