I had gastritis when I went on my ski trip a month ago (March 12, 2018) but my condition worsened after I had a beer. I had a really bad stomach ache and intense nausea. When I went to their clinic, they were very friendly and helpful. I didn't wait too long in the lobby. The nurse who took me back was friendly. I told her all my symptoms and then they brought a doctor in. I can't remember his name, but his last name started with a W. He was awesome. He gave me some medicine to calm my nausea down and then prescribed other medications to help me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had actually seen 5 other doctors in California, I'm from LA, and none of them knew what I had. According to them, they presumed I had the stomach flu, constipation, food poisoning, an ulcer. But this doctor said he was certain it was gastritis. Surely enough, I had an endoscopy done 2 weeks ago and I did have gastritis. And the medicines he had prescribed were actually beneficial. I highly recommend this clinic. Great staff.

I was taken to the clinic on 15 Feb 18 with what was later diagnosed as a fractured tibia. All the staff were most helpful, polite and professional. Many thanks to Dr Feeney and Dr Wongward and the other staff.

I live here at Copper Mountain, went to this clinic for a fever, soar throat, night sweats, and chills. First visit, I get a strep test. Get sent away with no help. Few days after I call to find out my results of the strep test, they never sent it away to be cultured. Took multiple phone calls to get an answer about this. I come back in for them to redo the strep culture. This time its sent away and comes back negative. Now its been over 13 days with a brutal soar throat, snot, and coughing mucus up. I go back to the clinic for a third visit to be checked again after missing two weeks of work. Over the phone I was told the copay would not be the full price after the first visit, on arrival I am told I must pay the full original price. After being checked out on my third visit I am being sent home with no diagnosis again. I am waiting to be discharged and the doctor comes in surprised that Its my third time coming in. Now he understands the concern I was having from my symptoms and decides to do a flu test. Flu test comes back positive. The nurse didn't even administer the flu test and had me do it, since she said some people find it uncomfortable. Id take being uncomfortable than not swabbing well enough and getting a false reading. Took them three visits to consider a flu test. I should have known better. Definitely will not be back.

Wish I could give negative stars. 3 hours to treat altitude sickness. Gimme a break.

Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. Both Dr. Feeney and intern Jonathan Campbell were sincere and thorough in thier evaluation. They even took the time to research further and call another associate to discuss my condition all the while listening with care and including me in those discussions. Later that evening I realized I needed a prescription that I declined during the office visit. Dr. Feeney spoke with me directly, again consulting to determine what was needed and called in the prescription. I have been "anti Doctor" for years. Some faith has been restored today!
