Dental Depot La Junta Colorado

This was the worst dental experience ever. The Dentist never showed up. The lady who runs the front desk was super rude and way out of line. And the staff seemed VERY lost or uneducated. What's going on here? They are currently closed and are searching for another dentist. This will be the 3rd different dentist this year. Get your act together. Find some class & a new Office Manager without a rotten attitude.

Dr. Call is a very friendly, thorough dentist. He gave me the most thorough oral examination I have ever had. That being said...his staff does not return phone calls. I had a tooth infection develop (not related to dental care here) and spoke to the receptionist. She told me she would talk to Dr. Call and would call me back. I called her days later and she said she hadn't spoken to him but would call me back. She called me the day prior to my appointment to confirm my appointment and mentioned that Dr. Call said he would evaluate the infection during my appointment. When I when to my appointment and spoke to Dr. Call, he was not aware of the infection and apologized for the receptionist not handling things as she should have. I have another issue that I am waiting on a callback for; however, it has been a week and I still haven't heard from the receptionist. The only reason I would not recommend Dental Depot is because of the receptionist and communication issues. Dr. Call is a good dentist and very thorough; however, his staff is ruining his practice.

Dr. Call is a good dentist however nobody has hours to sit in a dentist office waiting to be seen. I’ve had multiple appointments for the same issue and have spent no less than 3 hours in the office at each visit! Most of which is sitting waiting! As I sit in the waiting room yet again an hour and 15 min after my appointment time I still have not been seen! The receptionist does not know her job, and does not return phone calls! Needless to say after today’s appointment and hopefully the final step of having my crown permanently glued on I will be finding a new dentist office! Which I would have done LONG ago if they weren’t having to fix this for free after the previous dentist messing it up the first time! Don’t waste your time!

First of all, Dr. Call gave me the most thorough dental exam I've ever had in my life. Their prices are also very reasonable. Staff are friendly and pleasant, wait times are reasonable. I just had a small cavity filled and it was quick and painless! Thank you!

Don’t waste your time here! Outdated dirty office and staff have no clue whats going on. Went to first visit then couldn’t get an appt for 6 weeks to get any work done. Called ahead of appt to make sure insurance had approved everything and they said it had. Got to appt and waited an hour to find out they forgot to submit anything to insurance. Only excuse was that their turnover is high, don’t waste your time!

Takes hours to get anything done. No one knows what they are doing and the staff is really rude.
