Not sure why reviews are so bad. Any time ive called its a quick answer. Ive never sat in waiting room for over 30 minutes like most doctors office. And they actually listen to my opinion which means alot to me.

I had made an appointment for a yearly checkup but was concerned about a spot on my arm. When I was called back the aid made a comment about me being seen about my arm, I said yes but I also had questions about having to urinate so much through the night. She then replied "you're going to have to make a separate appointment for that, we only have you down for your arm" then she proceeds to ask me as she pulled up my information if I still have an inhaler. I said "I've never had an inhaler" then she said are you still taking albuterol? I said "I've never had to take albuterol" she says "oh, that's weird, it's in your chart!" When the PA came in she acted like I was wasting her time. I told her I was having premenopausal symptoms and she said "so what does that mean?" I said "your flyer said you do menopausal care" she proceeds to say "well we can put you on some antidepressants." I said "I'm not depressed!" She then told me I should make an appointment with their women's clinic on Mondays. So unprofessional, I felt like they just wanted to go home and I was wasting their time😞

Horrible staff. Lost my medical records. Rude. They act like they are doing you a huge favor.

Its absolutely ridiculous how the staff rotates through this facility. I've had more Primary Dr's in the past two years then i've had in my entire life. To constantly have to start at rock bottom every few months really makes a person feel neglected. Now, they get another new Dr that profiled me on the first visit, made me feel completely worthless, didn't listen to anything i was saying, prescribed me medicine that I've already been on and got sick by taking previously, and basically kicked me to the curb. Total discrimination and patient neglect.

The female dentist manning this office at this time is either incompetent or mean or both. She broke one of my teeth putting in a filling and failed to see an obvious wound in my stepson's mouth yesterday. His wound had been ejecting blood and pus the day before his appointment. The dentist claimed she could not see the wound and denied to treat him. This woman is dangerous. We took my son to another clinic and got him proper treatment.
