I presented with general abdominal pain and ongoing fever for 3 days. The "Dr Bob" I saw was less than helpful and I would NEVER recommend being seen here if you are truly unwell- just got to your PCP or ER (besides he'll recommend you be seen by either of those anyways). I felt extremely railroaded into the standardized diagnosis and I did not feel like the Dr took the effort and time to listen to my complaint/symptoms. I was referred for an abdominal CT scan after my insistence that I was not simply going home with "Best of Luck" and drink some water, maybe try a laxative. I received no follow up call regarding my CT results, but had to seek results myself, and still received no additional medical guidance regarding pain management, my continued fever, dehydration or the causation of my ongoing symptoms. At this point it was nearly 12 hours after my initial presentation, and still the only medical advice I received was "If you're not feeling better I'd recommend you be seen by a Dr who can provide you with further care like ER or your PCP". I was under the impression I was being seen by a Dr... I am extremely mortified and disappointed that with my presentation I was simply sent home without any consideration for my pain level, fever, dehydration, continued concerning symptoms - vomiting/diarrhea, etc.

CHSP made a very poor choice in selling out to Davita. Worst healthcare group. Part of me believes going here was actually harmful to my health. They reschedule appointments on patients without telling them, double book appointments and you can almost never get in with the provider you started with. Horrible business practices, horrible policies, horrible people, all equal horrible care. Go somewhere else and let Devita's horrible policies implode. There is no place in healthcare for a horrible company like Davita. Demand better by avoiding places that do not not care for the patient and take your healthcare dollars to places that do.

Tried to use this place today for a cut finger. After taking a long time to generate paperwork, they finally told me that they didn't want to serve me because Medicare is my primary insurance. The ladies behind the counter were polite but fed me a cock and bull story that they had "enrolled 70% of their Medicare quota" and that as a result "the State won't let us take any more". Since you are required to sign up for Medicare when you get old, isn't this a form of age discrimination? I won't go back.

Just left there and I would highly recommend. The PA I saw was awesome, he was very patient and listened to my symptoms. The front desk staff was very polite and even kept checking on me, asking if I needed anything. Will be taking my family to them for future visits.
