I’ve never had a “good” dental experience until today. Dr. Jessop was wonderful and showed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I was able to get a same day appointment to assess the problem and was scheduled for the very next day to get the problem fixed. Thank you to the Assistant Morgan who was very patient with me and could understand I was in pain. She was very thoughtful. Thank you Silver leaf!

Run. I drove from grand junction to Montrose so many time I can't count because this guy was recommended to me. He ended up screwing that person up too. I tried multiple times to tell this guy my dentures were NOT MADE RIGHT. He kept telling me it was me or needed this or that. I saw my new dentist (Comfort dental in grand junction) & 1st thing Dr said was "they messed up on this ridge right here". I've now gone 2 yrs without bottom teeth. Now they r sending me to collections because I refuse to send the tops back until I get the new ones. Have never worn the bottoms so sent them back. I requested several times to talk to jessop & he wouldn't even talk to me. Left to the tech. I am seriously thinking of suing after all this. Especially if they send me to collections. Stay away if u want true compassion & a good Dr. I won't even put Dr in front of his name

As it's been said before, all they care about is money! I understand it's a business, but when you don't even feel human talking to them, not a good way to run a business. Horrible customer service, there's no compassion what so ever for life's events.

If I can give it 0 stars I would, I drove on hour and 30 minutes just so they can tell me my tooth would be difficult to have a root canal done on it. Terrible service

I would stay clear from this office!!! My wife went in Nov. 2015 with one tooth bothering her so much that she couldn't chew on that side. He saw her for 5 minutes and said he needed to fill it and the appointment would be 2+ months out. She was scheduled for 3 months out even when stating obvious pain. One week before her scheduled appointment, the office called and said they had overbooked and need to move her appointment. When she ask how this happened, they were abrupt with her and ONLY gave her the option to move the appt., with NO explanation except they overbooked. She's been unable to chew on one side for these 3 months, which this dentist KNEW. Her dad was a dentist for over 40 years. She's worked at several dental offices in California and Utah. Neither of us has EVER seen or experienced such complete and utter lack of caring and concern for someone in obvious pain as this guy. Moreover, if you happen to be on Medicaid, EXPECT poor treatment overall if you can even get in. They don't care about YOU, the patient. They care ONLY about the money. Don't waste your time. There are other dentists that care, and THIS guy is NOT one of them.
