Was SO nervous to get my first root canal. I would have rather cut off my arms and legs. But with the help of Dr Whitney, his amazing ladies, and some oral sedation there was no pain and I barely remembered what happened.

Went here for a tooth cleaning. Roughest cleaning ever. They said I needed a filling. I've gotten fillings in the past and there were never a big deal, never hurt. I came in to get my filling, the shots the dentist gave me hit a nerve and it hurt incredibly bad! Then the filling wasn't done right and I've had pain in my tooth ever since. I have perfect teeth, hardly ever a problem, never any pain after a filling with my old dentist in California. This was my first bad experience at a dentist. During my cleaning their xray machiene went down. Also, they took unnecessary xrays and tried to charge me for them even after I showed them my insurance and asked what was covered. They are also pretty unprofessional at the front desk. Computers always slow or down. I'm not a big fan of this place and will be looking for a new dentist.

They have always been professional and have been impressed with the results.

Very friendly and professional, makes time for our family and very accommodating, thanks for being there.

Amazing how unprofessional the front desk workers are. We had an apointment at 8 am and the opening lady forgot her key so instead of running home to grab it she decided to wait for the next person to come in, which was supposedly at 8:30 am according to her as she stated she had made a phone call to see when that individual would be arriving. Finally at 8:45 we asked if someone planned on arriving or not, she said she wasn't sure what was going on. We had 2 small children in the car who were waiting to eat, we should have been done with the apointment by now, so we told her we were going to grab some food that we will be back. Someone called at 9:05 am to say that the person finally arrived. We finish up and get back at 9:30 (we told them it would take at least 20 minutes and their reply was ok that's fine) and when we arrived the lady at the desk told us that since we weren't here at by 9 that they can't fit us in and proceeded to argue with us. The proper thing to do when it's business error is not to cancel our appointment, but to cancel the next patient who isn't here appointment, in the midst of this the dentist walked out and said he would take care of us. At least one individual seems to be professional since the opener could not even remember their key and the next employee was another 35 minutes late and had an unprofessional, unattentive attitude.
