Amazing staff and care at this office. I highly recommend this establishment for orthodontic care. He treats and takes care of his patients like it were his own family.

Pleasant and Accommodating - As the parent of a special needs child it is particularly important to me to find the right individual to provide care. Dr, Andrews and his kind staff have made my daughter feel at home, even though she doesn't enjoy any kind of change or pressure. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.

I was very scared to get braces at first because a lot of my friends told me many stories, which sounded very painful. Also, some of them told me how their orthodontists were very scary. My parents came across Dr. Stephen Andrews name and when we went in for a consultation, I immediately liked the staff and orthodontist. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for a better orthodontist experience because it was that amazing. The staff really cared about my presence and wanted to help my teeth to become better sooner. Also, as soon as I entered the office, I felt very homely and I didn't have to wait very long in waiting room before it was my turn in the seat. It definitely accommodated all of my needs. If someone I know needs to get their braces, I will always recommend this orthodontics office.

I recently worked with the team at Dr. Andrews office on a remodel of their offices. I was very impressed with how Dr. Andrews and his entire staff focused on the quality of patient care first and foremost. Everything we did was centered around what would benefit the patients and make them comfortable the entire time they were in the office. I saw them always put their customers first and do whatever they could to accommodate everyone's situation. They seemed to really show a interest in each and every patient and took time to really get to know them personally. I think that when you come to this office, you become part of a big, caring family.

Dr. Andrews is very patient with me and always explains what's going on with my kids' teeth. The office is a friendly fun environment where we rarely have time to do the puzzles because we hardly have to wait. They're very efficient with their time management!
