Don't go here. The front staff is extremely rude. I understand that customers sometimes get frustrated, but this is health care. Our health should be their top priority, or else they shouldn't be working in the field. I called to get clarification on some things and the woman hung up on me. When I called back, another woman was just as rude and was not willing to work with me. I would never go back, nor would I suggest anyone else go here for dental care. They are anything but caring.

My wife Dori and I have been patients of Dr Bravo for several years. I have had major work done on my teeth and the standard of care is excellent. All the office staff, Wendy and Tracy work with you to get the best dental care and have a caring attitude working with you. Its a very friendly family type practice. I recent had a dental emergency and Dr Bravo was able to sees the problem and deliver superior dental care with a number for 24 emergency care. Karl B. Mohr

I have been seeing Debbie, the hygenist for almost a lifetime. She is very attentive, her attention to detail is surpassed by none, and super friendly. The office staff has always greeted me with a happy face. I have only seen the dentist a couple of times after a cleaning for a routine check-up. The times I have seen him, he truly listens to what your concerns are and takes the time to make sure everything is all good! I would highly recommend this office and staff.

Dr Bravo seems like such a nice guy but hacked all through my mouth. Supposedly I had to have all my fillings replaced again. I trusted him which was a huge mistake. He did each side on seperate visits. One side he had trouble getting the area numb and came back with shots three seperate times. So many shots I could hardly open my jaw for 3 days. He pinched my lips and would touch other teeth with buzzing tools and instruments. The final straw after 2 years was when he broke a tooth next to the one he worked on. It happened the next day when the piece just fell out of my mouth when i wasn't even chewing anything. I asked for him to fix it (as it hurt really bad). They said i was lucky he had an opening that day. Then they charged me to fix it saying it wasn't his fault. It was absolutely his fault! It was right next to the molar he worked on. It was a perfectly healthy tooth until he came along. This tooth has bothered me ever since and it was 4 years ago. Just thought people should know. I thought they were really nice and it is why i kept going back despite my experiences with the dentist. They will all turn on you as soon as he makes a mistake. It's always the customer's fault with this one.

I have been going to this office for several years. They treat me like family. Everyone is helpful and highly knowledgeable in their given field. Amy , my Hygienist always makes sure I'm comfortable and that I understand what is being done. Dr. Bravo is the best! Always willing to answer my questions and make sure I'm okay. I look forward to my visits because I know I'm getting quality Dental care.
