Unfortunately, my whole experience here was tangibly bad. The lady who took me back to take x-rays argued with anything that I said (I said my last dentist was bad, she insisted I probably messed up my filling, not him). I also mentioned that I had shopped at Dick's Sporting Goods earlier that day, to which she preceded to tell me that she doesn't agree with the new gun policy and would never shop there again. I said that I didn't care about the new laws just to get this incredibly awkward moment to pass. Instead, she insisted that because "It's Pueblo" everyone should own a gun. Then, the doctor didn't explain my options to me in a way that I could understand so I left feeling like I needed a second opinion. Then, it took over 20 minutes to get someone to come discuss how much my dental needs would cost. The estimate was $400-$1000 more expensive than the two other places I went after, and that was WITH their plan that you can pay $111 to get into for discounts if you don't have dental insurance. Lastly, the lady at the counter when I was checking out had no idea how to work the computer so it took her over 20 minutes, again, to get the people before me checked out or in. It was incredibly frustrating. I will say, despite all of this that the facility was nice and clean. They were willing to schedule me for 3 days after my consultation, which would have been really nice if they were affordable and if I felt comfortable. This was my least favorite of the 3 dentists I've seen recently.

We paid for services in advance ($900 with insurance). A temporary was placed. It came out twice. Went in for final appointment. They did a portion of the work then said the dentist that was supposed to finish the work wasn't working and they would have to place the temp back on and reschedule. The procedure had been scheduled for weeks. Wages were lost for 3 visits due to incompetancy. They should have informed us prior to arriving to the appointment that they made in error in their scheduling, not do a portion of the work then say "Oh by the way, the dentist that needs to complete your procedure is gone for the day".

Awesome experience. Fate landed me in this office and I couldn’t have been happier. Broke a tooth Friday afternoon and they waited for me to get there despite being technically closed for the weekend. Staff was great. Doc rocks. Bottom line = if you go anywhere else, well, too bad for you sucka, you have chosen unwisely. Thanks PMD!

I got my wisdom teeth pulled here and get my cleanings done here. I was very anxious about getting my wisdom teeth pulled, but they gave me the best experience possible with anesthesia. They are also very easy to work with schedule-wise. I live 2 hours away, and they are always very accommodating. Highly recommend!
