Took my wife in for a kidney infection and they charged almost $5000. She was only there for about 2 hours. Ridiculous!!! How is an honest man supposed to make a living. They are crooks. We even have private insurance.

The worst service ever. I went in with a vertabre out in my neck extreme pain for 10 day now. Spent a total of like 5 minutes with me barely touched me. Oh here go to physical therapy and here are some muscle relaxers that make you sick and make you itch. No thank you Tammy Herbner you suck, and that was a total waste of time and my deductible! Pointless and I will no longer step foot in Grand River unless I am unconscious and not able to make the choice. I would not bring my dog to that place.

My boyfriend broke his wrist riding his bike, we went into the ER after icing his wrist, they took an X-Ray, and they came back and said it was only sprained. He later went to the hospital in Vail, and they took more X-Rays, showing his wrist is broken! Very upset with the doctors for missing this...

Absolutely the worst care , ever if your dying or have an emergency stay away. You might as well shake ur magic 8 ball get better answers. Place is a joke on so many levels primary care is a primary punch line to a joke. I have received better care in 3rd world countries. If you really care about your health go to grand junction instead. Also if you call and need a rx or have a question they will get back to you in about a week. Total lack of communication in the office. And urgent care does not prescribe meds what a joke why sit there for hrs sick and coughing. To be told can't do meds here???? Really then tell you to take a Tylenol??? I know how to take that and cough meds , i am not retarded ... Dont you think if someone is there prob because otc meds did not work???? And if ur in pain forget about it all these Drs are to scared to be Drs anymore they will tell you it is chronic pain , after a injury well chronic pain is pain lasting over 12 weeks . Just lie after lie with these ppl. Could go on for hrs . If you value your health and your time and sanity stay away !!!!! I wish I would have .

I give this local hospital the lowest rating I can. The health care wasn't bad, but the billing department is an absolute joke. I keep getting bills threatening to turn me into collections, TWO months after the bill has been paid. Anytime I call in, some lady answers the phone and tells me exactly what the paperwork I received in the mail says. I tell her I can prove Ive paid the bill by showing them my bank statements and she just says "Well we haven't received the payment". Its complete BS. I will never go back to this hospital. Id rather drive to Grand Junction's St. Marys hospital while missing an entire limb than deal with this hospitals billing department ever again. Absolute joke,.
