Definitely not your run of the mill hotel. It's very much like an Airbnb sort of thing - guests are in charge of the place on their own for their stay. Cleaning and upkeep is up to you to maintain during your stay, but you must clean up before you check out. It has a nice view of the mountains, and has a very "cozy" feel to it. It's just a few minutes from the Monarch ski area, and just across the street from the snowmobile tours. Gigi was a very hospitable host as well. All in all, a good choice if you'd like something different! Very nice place!

Another fanntastic stay at Ski Town Condos! Gigi is the greatest host and her place is absolutely perfect for a mountain getaway. Definitely recommend :)

If you are looking for the perfect getaway Ski Town Condos is the place! Cute condos that give you the feel of being in a mountain town. The condos are CLEAN, the beds are comfortable and the hot tub is perfect to jump into after a day of skiing, snowmobiling, hiking or whatever activity you do while you are visiting. The condos are close to Monarch ski resort which is perfect and only a short drive away from the town of Salida. The condos offer a great patio to relax on while you enjoy your glass of wine or hot chocolate and Gigi, the owner, is amazing! She is friendly, outgoing and help you with whatever you need to ensure that you have an enjoyable visit. I have been to the condos for a girls weekend getaway as well as a couples getaway. Every visit has been great and I know that I will be back!

Never been in one of the condos. Had the unfortunate task of meeting the owner. She was very nosy and rude. Will never stay near this place again.

This was a great "home-base" for our short vacation to Colorado. We stayed for four nights and loved the quiet, cozy feel of the condo. We spent most of our days exploring the area and really appreciated the advice Gigi gave us on local restaurants, sights and rafting information. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We didn't use the kitchen to make meals, but it looked like it had everything you would need if you were going to be cooking on vacation (not me!!). Hot tub was wonderful after a fun day of whitewater rafting in 38 degree water! One word of advice, if you are looking for an "in-town" place close to the action, this is not your place. It is up the mountain but would be perfect if you are skiing Monarch Ski Resort in the winter. We loved that it was away from town and it was so nice to leave behind all the crazy schedules and have some good family time. My family is already asking when we can go back to stay and ski in the winter.
