After a stressful day in California of finding out our 7 year old daughter is missing 4 adult teeth. I called to here to speak with and make an appointment for a consultation for our daughter. We are moving next week to Steamboat and this was definitely an added stress. The staff I spoke with was incredibly professional and sympathetic to my concerns. Particularly the new patient coordinator who was newly relocated to the area from Dallas as well. I am looking forward to working with their office for the next 10 years 🤣

Friendly but not trained.... I think that the people at Braces U are very helpful and nice and always have an answer when I have a problem but I wish everybody wold make fewer mistakes in the first place! It takes a lot of time and effort for me to shedule an appointment to get my daughters braces fixed! there is always something sticking out and poking her and she frequently runs out of wax! I just wish they would do it right in the first place and then none of this would happen!!! Otherwise Braces U is totally fine!!

I am 33 and I just got braces for the first time. They made my first experience one worthy of 5 stars! Nice and knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend Braces U if you or a friend are considering braces. Thanks Braces U, I can't wait for my smile to be transformed!

100% Satisfied with the staff of Braces U. Great team to work with while going through the process of getting braces. Jessica was great and always accommodating out busy schedule really helps out with the amount of appointments there are during the process. Very pleased with the results Braces U delivered for my daughters smile.

Our family has been a part of the Braces U family for 7 years now. Dr Lamb and Dr Coombs have seen us through tongue tamers, kid/teenage braces and adult braces. I wouldn't go any where else. I love the office staff and how they always make sure you are comfortable and appreciate both doctors for their expertise and making sure you know where your headed in treatment. Make Braces U apart if your family!
