Renew Implant Anchored Smiles - Arvada

I am so happy with my anchored dentures from Renew. It has made such an amazing difference in my life. I feel more confident, I can smile again, I can eat whatever I want to eat, and everyone who sees me notices how good they look. I would recommend this process for anyone who is considering it but not sure. It was well worth every penny we spent!!! In addition, the office staff is incredible to work with.

This entire processes has been a nightmare from the start. My wife had this done and it has taken 6 months to complete. and as of right now today she is still in pain. she has a spot in her mouth that has an exposed part of her jawbone and the new dentures are pressing on it. she called today to ask for some help with an antibiotic or something to help with the pain. They told her she would have to wait till July 10th for an adjustment and there was nothing they could do right now. surgery was 12/18....the final fitting and prosthetics were supposed to be done on 5/15 but all they could do was the fitting because they are short staffed so she had to wait 3 weeks or 6/6 and although they tried to finish they couldn't and she had to go back to complete on 6/12.All of the appointments required time off from work as they do not offer Friday or Saturday or evening appointments. Once they have your money you are at there will. she lost 35 Lbs because she could not eat anything with the healing dentures they provided. every time she asked for a adjustment she was scheduled usually a month to 6 weeks. This means she had to deal with loose dentures or constant pain. This is not a One Day Thing.! don"t be fooled. she was told she probably will not be able to eat anything like a normal person for year. $18000.00 you would think they would be more customer service oriented. They are not. we were told that they are short staffed. This is not the customers problem. My wifes final fitting was postponed by a month after the 6 hour fitting because the new teeth had to be sent out of office for final adjustments. This was news to us. we were told in the beginning everything was done in house. I would advise anyone looking to get this done to do your homework. it is less expensive than other dental services that provide basically the same thing but once you pay them the customer service has a lot to be desired.. I will be reporting this whole thing to the Better Business Bureau. and may even seek advice from our attorney

Everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Gina was a big help and made us feel comfortable to be there. My daughter Maria is special needs and Dr. Caldwell and her team Cindy and Emily made her feel at ease. Their attention and explanation made her not fearful. Dr. Dilizia who has fitted her with her final smile with the help of Jimmy who made her teeth have done a fantastic job. She likes to smile now so everyone can see her teeth. She says "Renew made my happy smile". Thanks Renew for doing such a beautiful job for my daughter at a reasonable cost! Everyone in this office is so helpful, thorough, professional, and friendly!

Absolutely amazing staff, they are genuine and caring. We felt like we have known them for years after just five minutes in the office. Not to mention the extent they went to help us get financed and work out a personalized plan specifically catering to my husband's circumstances. Everyone that needs anything more than just a filling needs to come see the girls down at Renew 1day in Arvada!!!!
