What an awesome team! I moved to Denver from Houston and have procrastinated on finding a dentist (I must admit I have a bit of a phobia of dental work). Well, that all ended when I had a crown pop out unexpectedly. I called Highland Smiles and they were extremely supportive in squeezing me in, given my situation. They were able to clean up a crown (that they did not make) and put it back in for me. All the while making sure I was comfortable and having some great humor - they actually had me laughing at a dentist office, a true first for me. Bottom line: awesome team from top to bottom. Thankful I've finally found a regular dentist to use.

This place is exceptional. My cleaning and exam went great and they take a conservative approach to intervention. I had to get one small cavity filled. Karen was great. For another problem area, Dr. Arnold recommended I use a fluoride mouth wash once or twice a day to restore it.

{*Update 1-9-18 One of the crowns from Highlands Smiles has fallen out, and another isn't set correctly. I need to replace two crowns they made/placed - to the tune of an additional $1,000 (from a new dentist).} I had a miserable time with Highland Smiles. I felt pressured into getting unnecessary crowns even though I could not afford these procedures. I was told by Highland Smiles that my insurance would cover them, but it did not. I ended up paying about $4,000 in 6 months to fix three teeth that were not bothering me. The crowns (3) ultimately had to have root canals. Since Highland Smiles put the crowns on before I got the root canals, the root canals had to be drilled through the crowns. The root canals then knocked the crowns loose, and they had to be redone. The third crown still isn't set correctly and is a constant problem. Every time I had to go back to Highland Smiles to get the crowns fixed, I was made to feel like an inconvenience and was treated poorly. The bedside manner of one of the dentists and two of the hygienists was atrocious. I am doing my best to finish paying the remainder of my bill, so I never have to go back to this horrible dentist office. Please note that the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. Is this a gamble you're willing to take with a dentist?

The dental care I received here was excellent. I'm so relieved to have found a dentist to stick with! The dentist who did my exam and filling (Dr. Arnold) and hygienists were efficient and thorough. They even offered me a pair of headphones because I was nervous before getting the novocaine shot! The front desk staff are professional and friendly as well.

I recently had a lot of pain in my lower teeth and was freaking out! I was recommended to Highland Smiles by a family member and I was very glad that I went! Dr. did a thorough exam with x-rays and quickly diagnosed my issues. I saw Natalia for a round of cleanings and I am happy to report that I am now feeling pain free and my smile looks great! I am so grateful that I found this place. I was really worried when I first went in and now I am confident that my problems will all be resolved. If you have any reservations about going to the dentist, this is the place for you!
