My family and I are thankful to have found such a competent dentist in Dr. Naomi Jacobs. We have complete trust in her staff as well and have been going to this office for around 7 years now. We are extremely careful who we trust. Having lived in several different dentists we have more to compare than many patients. Naomi Jacobs and Jami, one of her dental hygienists, are head and shoulders above all of our previous experiences! The front desk is awesome as well.

I have been a pt of Dr.Jacobs for over 10yrs. When I first came to Dr.Jacobs, I had a fear of dentistry. I don't know why, I can't explain it - but I couldn't relax in the chair. I found that my hygienist really helps me to feel relaxed. (thank you, Jamie) It's very important to have this - and I found because I have this here, my appts are regular (and so is my family). I have referred many friends & family members to Dr.Jacobs, and she's been there for us on the weekends during an emergency, too! I'm sorry it took so long to get this review posted... better late than never. I don't see us ever leaving Dr.Jacobs practice. Thank you for everything!!

I love Dr. Jacobs and her staff! They are friendly, accommodating, and make going to the dentist easy. The office easy to get to and they are great about working with your schedule.

I have not had a positive experience with this dentist office. In addition to general low service I have been to the office three times for cleanings and have only seen the dentist one time. My first visit they told me the dentist wasn't in that day and if they saw anything the dentist would contact me. In my last visit after waiting for over 20 minutes for the dentist to come in to finish my appt after my cleaning they came in and asked me if I wanted to keep waiting and weren't sure how long it would take. I took this opportunity to escape.

Have gone to Dr. Jacobs for years. She has always been very kind and willing to discuss options, with pros and cons. I have never felt anything was was being pushed for monetary gain as I had felt previously at 2 other dental offices in the area. In fact I first came to Dr. Jacobs more than 10 years ago when she was near PVH for a 2nd opinion, right after a Loveland dentist had told me I needed to have very expensive work done including fillings and a crown replacement. I'm SO glad I consulted Dr. Jacobs, because she just smoothed a rough edge on my crown and told me it was fine (and I'm still doing fine with that same crown many years later!). As far as the other work, she said it really could wait as long as it wasn't causing me problems. I actually didn't need to have any of that work done for years to come, so she was completely honest, ethical, and absolutely correct! I only wish the office hadn't moved so far, but I will still drive just to see her. (Tried a closer dentist once because of my crazy schedule, but it turned out to be another bad experience with them pushing unnecessary services, plus I had extraordinary pain and problems with the work he had done. Never again!)
