Liars

They lie to your face. I bought a automatic curler from their store. Before the sale I specifically asked them if I can return it in case I don't find it useful for me. They said I can not return it but I can exchange it. After billing also, the so-called warranty paper they handed to me was clearly highlighting that I have 30 days to exchange. After 1 week, when I went back to their store for exchange with regular curling rod because I didn’t find automatic curler good for me. I had my hair stuck into it multiple times. I don't want to risk cutting my hair due to it. They said that their receipt says that “Miracurl is final sale” so they can not exchange it. THEY LIED TO MY FACE BEFORE SALE!!!! Even if you say that the receipt says it is final sale, I don't get receipt before sale alright. Before sale, I have to believe what you tell me. AND YOU CLEARLY TOLD ME I COULD EXCHANGE IT!!! I am never going to set my foot in their store ever again after experiencing their carefree behavior.

I'm not the type of person to do reviews but just recently, I've been reading bad reviews about Trade Secrets Square One and I feel sorry for those negative reviews. Those people are just jealous of the store because they have a lot of loyal customers! The store is always neat and clean, the ladies in the front are pleasant and accommodating. They always say "Hello", "Have a great day", things like that and they always wear a smile! The eyebrow ladies are the best! I always go for Sheen, she has delicate hands and i love it when she does my waxing! That's why I feel sorry while reading the negative reviews. That's how the world goes, when you're on top, other people will do everything just to bring you down. I love Trade Secrets Square One and this location will always be my go-to for all their services!

Everybody is talking about Fara. I loved her at first. She used to do my eyebrows and then offered me laser packages. Everything went smooth until she offered me other packages, which I agreed to and later on, I found out that Fara is doing these transactions under the table. When she left, a new laser lady take me on and I explained to her what happened and then she doesn't have any idea of Fara's doing. I loved Fara, but she is selfish. What she did to the management is unacceptable. Good thing the new management has been so kind and understand my situation. The new laser lady is very gentle. I've had the most amazing laser experience with her. Kudos to Trade Secrets!!!

I've been coming to Fara for almost a year now and her technique and artistic capabilities with eyebrows are impeccable. I started out just threading with her but I tried microblading for the first time two months ago and she did an amazing job. I am in love with them and she understood my needs and what I wanted perfectly and they now frame my face perfectly. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to their craft and understands face shapes and what suits them. I recommend Fara for all things eyebrows!

This is the only store that I know who sells Rene Furterer! I use their dry shampoo, their anti-dandruff treatment and their hair loss treatment, and their styling spray. I also get my face wax here. Will try their laser in the future. The lady in the front offered me good packages!
