So unprofessional people and the owner is such a disrespectful lady. Maybe she needs to attend some personality development classes. No way of talking and no grace for customer. Absolutely untidy place and unprofessional people. Once they do something and you tell them it’s not proper they won’t do it for you but rather say we do it this way .. if it’s not fine I can’t help you anymore. And again such a disgrace to call the owner a lady. No respect at all

Hours of operation say 10a - 7p. Got there at 5 (to thread my eyebrows) only to find out Shabnam left for the damn day. "What time does she work til on Tuesdays?" I asked. The lady at the desk said, 'Sometimes 2,3,4." "Who does that?" I asked. I told the woman at the desk I work downtown and rushed to get there. She didn't even apologize. Trust they won't be getting my business. If you want professional service go to Vimi Spa and ask for Renu; she's amazing. I only stopped going there bc of my schedule. GT is absolute garbage. Should've listened to the previous reviews. Never again.

Awesome service! Their advices are best. Price ranges are $$ very great beauty salon to be. They do hair cuts of kids too! They do all types of facials. Whenever I go for wax they suggest me mini facial which I really liked it. It will put you in relaxation mode and beauty journey! Their products are 100% safe. I will recommend to everyone! ❤

I came to this place one day to get my eyebrows done. I called to confirm that they could take me in (they were closing shortly). I got there 5 minutes before the original time I told them and they said that they were closed. Very unprofessional.
