I was a patient for 25 years at the Dental Office, extremely happy there with a team of professionals with integrity. After 25 years, my team retired but I was not extended the curtesy of being told in advance they were retired. The hygienist that I dealt with reprimanded me under her breath on my first visit with the new team. As I no longer lived in the area I changed dentists closer to home. TWO YEARS after my last appointment, I was contacted and informed I owed $20. I am so glad I am no longer a patient!

The Dental Office is such an amazing place to get dental work done. The staff there are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. My dad and I have been going here for years now and we feel like the staff always go above and beyond to ensure you have great service. They take their work very seriously and will ensure you have the best care possible. The best part about it is that they make you feel like family, not just a customer. I highly recommend it. *****

I've never had an issue with this dental office and have been going consistently for a years time. Recently, I had moved to Vancouver temporarily and came back to visit Toronto and thought I see Dr. Graham for a toothache. When I phoned last Wednesday I was surprised to hear a not so familiar voice because usually it's Liz that answers the phone. Nonetheless, the receptionist booked me for Friday with Dr. Graham's son, Dr. Wes. She told me that Dr. Graham only works on a specific day (I can't remember which day) because he is slowly starting to retire. Anyways, Friday comes along and the receptionist, Sophia, calls me twice early in the morning cancelling my appointment because someone else of "higher priority" needed an hour long attention from Dr. Wes. I asked for another timeslot in which she did not have so she booked me for Tuesday (hence why I am writing this review). I came into the dental office today and was ignored by three receptionists. I walked right up to the counter and was told to sit down as if I was a little child or dog. They finally asked me what time my appointment was and when I answered the question she quickly brushed me off. I had a few questions and not a single receptionist was willing to assist. One "student trainee" bluntly lied to me about how Dr. Wes was "out buying lunch" and another receptionist told me he was in the back. Nonetheless, I had enough of the immaturity and stupidity of each receptionist there - so I decided to leave and cancel my appointment. I will pay for my services elsewhere. Like I said, I've been going to this dental office for a good year before I moved to Vancouver. And at that time it used to be Liz and Mariam who were always helping the patient. I don't know what happened to them but these new fools need to learn one or two things about professionalism.

Robert Graham overcharges and if he makes a mistake, YOU end up paying for it. he won't take responsibility for his own mistakes and will make up stories to cover it. Very greedy.

I was told the office had been sold. Liz and some other staff have left.

I AM A DENTIST and the dentists at The Dental Office have done my work for 32 years. I have crowns that are older than GOOGLE! I understand the concerns of the negative posting patient as this event does happen from time to time. Patients who need a lot of treatment often seek out a dentist who offers then their treatment for the one thing that is bothering them. While it is important to treat that issue, the patient should have an understanding of their dental condition as a whole and the solutions. Their treatment may be a long term project of years. Obviously, this patient mistook the philosophy and was overwhelmed. The main thing is that he is seeking treatment for his issues and I assume is happy somewhere. As dentists we really do care. Now a little about GOOGLE ! Their motto of "do no evil" is a childish and wattered down motto of the medical science community " do no HARM ". Obvious the act of doing no evil allows for inadvertent harm due to stupidity. In this case the boys in short pants at GOOGLE toss out simple mathematical averaging for something call Bayesian Averaging ( real averaging still works) which tosses aside real math. Secondly, a scientific sampling is tossed into their trash bin in favor of a " random Sample" of ONLY THE MEMBERS OF Google +. Good marketing...bad science!. Obviously this will stop most reviewers from going forward since, God knows we already have too much GOOGLE in our lives! ( # black flies). Therefore their rating system is tainted by their request for GOOGLE + membership = BOGUS! Sorry GOOGLE! Back to the drawing board.....when the kids get in from recess. Bottom line The Dental office and all of the Dentists within would not be there 32 years later if they were not great. That is MOM science!
