Rose is far the best Aesthetician I have been to. She focused on her work and truly interested to make you happy and satisfied. When I first time met Rose, she makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed; takes great care using her expertise and experience to make you look the best you can. There is no pressure and recommends what is the best treatment for you. My skin came out great and also didn't try to sell me anything and the price was extremely reasonable.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I haven't had the chance to write this review because I really wanted to think through what I was going to write. I went in to get my eyebrows microbladed because I've always had uneven eyebrows and they were fairly sparse. She hardly spent any time mapping my brows and instead she took one of those plastic templates and colored them in and said that's how my eyebrows should look. They came out uneven and totally horrible! They were way to close, she waxed parts of my existing eyebrows which I never touch because it gives them shape, and she made my eyebrow tails look so thick and shapeless. I came out a totally different person and i hated it! They were also totally uneven. I wanted to enhance my natural eyebrow shape and she completely changed it for the worse! I wish I had seen reviews earlier about this place because she isn't tentative to details at all. I went to her follow up to tell her my concerns and she kept ignoring me and telling me to trust her. Her technique isn't details oriented and I wouldn't trust her to touch my face ever again. I suggest you go see other specialists before booking with her. She's pushy and she doesn't tend to details. A year ago she told me she's the only specialist in her field. I think it's worth going to other places. If I pay that much to get my eyebrows done (which everyone sees) they better be done perfectly. I basically have to get them removed now because they look horrible. I wouldn't trust her to do anything else and you'd be better off looking somewhere else for any treatment involving your face. Super disappointing. I also love how she write "this is a fake review" every time there's a bad review. Lady, this is a real review. Anyone needing pictures I can send them to prove her poor lack of detail.

I can't say enough about the work Rose has done on my eyebrows. I went from having to pencilling in my brows every morning to having brows on point all day. I know results vary, and everyone has a different opinion or results, but I had a great experience at Second Skin, and she deserves the 5 star rating I'm leaving. Everything went smoothly, from the consultation, to the procedure, to the follow up treatment, I couldn't ask for anything more.

I am so grateful that Second Skin Med-Spa were able to offer me skin rejuvenation treatment and I can't believe how soft and smooth my face feels after the session! I went in with dry rough skin and came out with a much healthier look! I would highly recommend them to anyone, they truly care about helping you have healthier skin!

I travel about 40km to go see Rose. She was the first and only one to do my brows and they are absolutely on point. I came in having to pencil and shade, and I leave with big, beautiful brows that I don't need to take care of. I wake up and go. Obviously, in this business you can't please everyone and there are a lot of complainers out there, but this is one lady that has nothing but good things to say, and she is worth the drive!
