Facial lady is professional, takes her time and leaves my face looking great each and every time.

I went to get a style (using a coupon that was given) & it was amazing. I booked another one & was overcharged $20. Was told over the phone & in person during my first visit that it would be $50 & ended up being charged $70.When I asked the woman, she said it was too long to do in terms of time (not my fault). My hair was short - above my shoulders. This salon needs to clarify & honour prices in order to show value for clients. I called months later because the manager did not get back to me, though was told again the manager call me back. Still waiting for that call back.

I went to Modele today to do a shellac manicure, Victoria spent about an hour on me and I liked her services. The salon also has a hair salon so I am likely to return back to and get my hair done.

I loved the services I got at this salon. Estetician Victoria was very professional and friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere very much.
