To be blunt, I do not like dentists, maybe to the point of absolute resentment...Blame my history...Because of a long held dramatic childhood experience, dentists have never been a favorite of mine, and to some extent other members of my family... However, after much persuasion, I visited Dr. Williams for a thorough checkup and was pleasantly surprised from the moment we entered the office. Dr. Chandra's staff are some of the most understanding and courteous I have ever encountered. They immediately recognized that this was not my favorite place and from the initial consultation to the first examination, everyone did what ever they could to calm my fears, and created an environment of confidence....including piping some of my favorite jazz artists into the examination rooms for me. It culminated with a personal one-on-one with Dr. Williams who wanted to understand my fears and their history. I am now at the half way mark of my first year with her and while the idea of visiting a dentist will probably never be high on my list of adventures, her kindness, patience, and understanding has made the visit far more pleasant and comfortable than I had originally imagined. She is a very competent, skilled, professional dentist, with an excellent staff. If it were not for her being the kind person that she is, both as professional and as a person, I would still be avoiding dentists when ever I could. She is now my dentist and my family's dentist. She is my 5-star dentist. Thank you Dr. Williams.

I visited Dr. Williams office this morning for a hygienist appointment. The receptionist at the front desk acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. She promptly notified the hygienist of my presence. The hygienist was prompt in meeting me before my scheduled appointment time. The hygienist was professional and performed outstandingly. Although I was not scheduled to see Dr. Williams today, she came in to check on me as she always does. I recommend this office to anyone that needs a dentist.

All of the staff were very kind and professional. Dr Chandra Williams explained everything in detail. All costs were explained to me prior to any procedure. They even checked to see if they were in network with my insurance. They are not in network, and they were very upfront about it. I will go back, and I would recommend her to anyone.
