I have never been treated like dirt by a public service provider. I went to get a cleaning today. My wife and I have been going to this practice for about 3 years. Dr Stone and the hygienist was great. When I was finished and checking out. Debbie was very rude. She stated that we had a $237.00 balance, I then asked what did the insurance pay. I was told they paid $119.00 and my portion was $120.00. I then said my wife would take care of that balance. She became very belligerent and start waving her hands and said, she never pays. Quote she pays a little at a time and I told Dr. Stone not to even touch this. I told her if no money was involved not to touch this. Later when I got home I told my wife what she had said, just to find out that she had just paid Debbie $175.00 two days ago. Every time you go to this office extra services will be added on . To save yourself some frustration find another dentist. Their front desk can make you or break up you. My wife and I will be going elsewhere.

I went to this dentist over 3 years ago to have a cavity filled. I paid them everything they asked. Two weeks ago I got a bill from them for $160. I have been trying to call them for two weeks. All I get is a voice mail and they will not return my phone calls. I would not recommend anyone use them. They are just randomly sending out bills to people that already paid them years ago and then they refuse to take your calls for you to try and dispute the charges.

I have been going to this Dentist for over 2 years now - Dr. Stone. Coming up on my 5th visit. The dentist is very thorogh. I like her very much. She (like myself) is no-nonsense. She will tell you how the properly brush / maintain your teeth. I live in the area and won't go to any other dentist. I have only had 1 cavity in my life, and she took care of it. It was the very back tooth on my right side, very hard to reach. She filled it completely and have not had any issues since. There was no pain during the procedure. Highly recommended!

The dentist that I went to twice was Jamaican. She was very rough while flossing and scrapping / prodding around. She is also somewhat rude. These were the worst two dentist visits of my 30yrs and I only had my teeth cleaned. I recommend you avoid this place at all costs. I just found out that my insurance (BCBS) is accepted at a place in Hamilton Mill, I'm going there from now on. This lady needs her license revoked or provide complimentary anesthetic. Try her if you dare.
