We came to this dentist as new customers after several years with our old dentist. The only reason we switched was because of an insurance change. My 12 year daughter was the first one to get a check up. After x-rays and an exam they said my daughter had 5 cavities even though less than 8 months earlier our previous dentist did x-rays and gave her a clean bill of health. My daughter just so happened to have to go back to our old dentist for an orthodontic check up and I asked them to take a look to see if she had cavities and they found none. Pretty shady that these people are willing to drill perfectly fine permanent teeth which mean a lifetime of getting refillings on a child for a few bucks. No thanks!!!

I would only go to this place for dental work/exam if you are looking for a place that will provide complete misinformation in regards to the health of your teeth. Not only that, but when my husband went to his semi-annual cleaning and exam, the hygienist dropped his paperwork. In an attempt to be polite and help her pick it up, he caught a glimpse at one of the papers she was carrying. It contained personal Information/“notes” about how many cavities I had and had filled. I also had personal notes written all over it about our family. They use the information on the sheet obviously to make you feel like they know and remember you, but why does it need to contain my dental history? It’s because they try and convince you that you need more work than necessary. My husband has never had a cavity in his life and in one year he somehow has 14? The office staff do not treat you with respect. I can see some of their office staff are the ones that left reviews. We have also had trouble getting information about billing. In my opinion, this is not an honest place to do business with.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! From start to finish I was very impressed with the service I received from this dentist office. So impressed I got everyone's name to give them each the recognition that they deserve. Dental insurance at my new job is still a month away from being active and I have a tooth that needs a route canal and was bothering me greatly the week prior to leaving for a 7-day cruise. So I was very anxious to get this resolved before leaving for my trip. And also very nervous to have to try and find and afford dental care without the proper coverage. I called the office first thing in the morning, and spoke with Ms. Claudia, who was very sweet and flexible with me about my situation. She went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an Appt. the same day at a time of day that worked around my work schedule. After I arrived and was taken back to be looked at the dental assistant, Alondra initially helped me get updated X-rays and took a look at the tooth and assessed what type of procedure I would need. She felt like a friend i'd known for years by the end of my appt. she was very informative for me, she explained everything in ways I could understand. As well as Dr. Crews, the main dentist that took care of me. They walked me through everything that needed to be done, and then offered me other options that were temporary, but would be more affordable and take care of me until I had my new insurance activated. And then they preformed and finished the work on me the same day! They offered me a new patient special to bundle all of my costs from the appointment and to help cover the cost of my X-rays. They could have easily tried to charge me as much money as possible or just not have been so polite and flexible to my particular situation and needs. The dentist can already be a scary thing to approach. But they eased my worries and worked through every thing I needed. So I have found my new Dentist and think that anyone who gives this office a try, will be just as pleased as I am. Thanks again everyone!!
